Naturaki Casa Nova de Ferrando is a farmhouse from the year 1872, restored according to the original style and equipped with every comfort. Located in the village of Fornells de la Selva, in the middle of a rural environment very close to the Gavarres massif and overlooking the Pyrenees. With a large garden surrounded by cypress trees, it is an ideal place to enjoy tranquility with family or friends.

The house can accommodate up to 22 people and has 9 rooms all with their own bathroom.

On the ground floor of the house we find a large hall, a reading room and the kitchen with access to a large room with the wooden ceiling where there is a very long table to enjoy meals. On the other side we find a room equipped with a fireplace, TV, stereo, with large windows and exit to the garden. On the same floor we also find a bathroom, a room chaired by a billiards and a double room with toilet. The whole house has heating.

On the first floor we find a room that distributes 6 double rooms and 1 with two beds. On the second floor we find a stately suite overlooking the town of Fornells de la Selva and the mountains, and a studio where two more people can sleep with a large window from where you can see a cypress forest.

The exterior of Naturaki Casa Nova de Ferrando is distributed in 3 large and well differentiated areas between them. On the one hand we find the entrance area with a large green esplanade, the barbecue, the outdoor table, the table football and the ping-pong table. On the other hand we find the pool area and in the last part of the garden there is hidden a treasure of the “Zen” style with a dry sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi (works with chips of € 5 for 2 hours), where you can enjoy the relaxation surrounded by the song of the birds. The house also has ample parking space.
