In Mallorca Holiday Properties, in accordance with the exceptional situation we suffer, we have modified our cancellation policy to try to reduce the impact on our clients.IN THE EVENT THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF THE BALEARIC ISLANDS IS DECREEING THE CLOSURE OF THE PORTS OR AIRPORTS OF THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, we ARE OFERING YOU TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE FOLLOWING TWO OPTIONS:
1.-GET a Voucher to be used during the 365 days after your arrival date.
2. CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IN WHICH CASE WE WILL COMPLETELY RETURN TO YOU THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO MALLORCA HOLIDAY PROPERTIES.

Sunset Villa seems, from the first impression, an Oasis. The huge garden has a lot of glamor and luxury with palm trees, fruit trees, plants, flowers (there is even a rose garden) is simply stunning. The large 10 x 12 meter pool, plus a baby pool, with plenty of sun loungers, outdoor tables and chairs make you feel like you're in paradise. If that is not enough, you have the private Padel tennis court with Mini Basketball equipment. All this, in a natural environment that promises absolute tranquility, in a calm and quiet environment, with lots of sun throughout the day, from sunset to sunset.

The main house is a large building that looks towards the mountains and sunsets. It is a house of more than 200 square meters. shared between two floors. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, air conditioning and a kitchen with a bathroom, near a living room with large sofas and a flat TV with satellite and WIFI LAN. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (one double and two twins), a bathroom and a large terrace with beautiful views.

There is a second building in this villa, where there is an amazing dining room full of light and a place with a fully equipped professional kitchen with high-end appliances and TV with a large outdoor barbecue. It is a dream for people who like to cook. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower.

Sunset Villa is over 9000 square meters in the quiet area of Son Fe, a short drive from the historic center of Alcudia, the famous town of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto de Alcudia. A perfect place to explore the north of the island that offers, in addition to the sandy beaches and the sea, a lot of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars ... all year.



Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2 In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3 When possible, a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.

Note 4 Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is 0. € 25 / Kw to be paid on departure.
