This house is not for rent for groups under age 25 or for hen parties.

A semi-detached 220m2 beautiful house in a highly-rated gated complex very close to Puerto Banus, Marbella. The house is charming, modern and family friendly, with numerous possibilities for a wonderful holiday. Walking distance to the beach and beach clubs, by car 5 minutes to the prestigious harbor of Puerto Banus and 10 minutes to the center of Marbella, with its famous orange trees Square and lovely little streets and restaurants. Malaga airport is a 45 minutes drive.

Within a small radius of this development are some of Europe's most prestigious golf courses! A tranquil oasis yet within close proximity to every amenity, making it an ideal location.

The development is beautiful and has been designed by Melvin Villarroel (one of Spain's top architects). It is very well maintained, green, and secure. There are two large swimming pools for sunbathing or just splashing around. It is literally 25 steps from the house to one of the pools! Both have ample sunbeds.

The house has 220m2 built surface, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large private 65m2 garden with decked seating areas, a sunny roof terrace for up to 8 persons, a private parking space and lots of parking space outside. The private entrance leads to a large living room with designer furniture and a dining area. From the living room as well as from the modern kitchen you step out to a lovely garden with a cozy sunny lounge and dining area. The view is unrestricted and quiet, just cattle and rolling farmland.

Bedrooms: downstairs you find the first large bedroom with two single beds and a toilet. A newly built stylish bathroom offers privacy to the guests downstairs. Upstairs you find the master bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, bidet, toilet), another large designer bedroom with a double bed and the fourth bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

The sunny roof terrace is a delight. Sea views to one side and a view of the famous mountain, La Concha, on the other. The roof terrace has a solarium with lounge chairs and sunbeds, as well as a refreshing shower for warm days. 360 degrees views. The property has all amenities including wifi, satellite TV with over 100 channels, stereo/cd with Ipod/Iphone connection, a safe, an alarm system, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and a nespresso machine. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience as well. Beds, towels, sheets are all new and nicely prepared as its new on the market.

About Rob and Mireille van der Vis

Since 2014 we are the proud owners of Casa Condes de Iza. We are a family of 4 and parents of the cutest twin girls ever. We spent quite some holidays in the house and we all have fallen in love with our house and cannot wait for the next holiday. The kids feel safe in the urbanisation and they love the swimming pool, the climate, the beach and the chill Spanish way of living.

Why Rob and Mireille van der Vis chose Nueva Andalucía

Andalucia is rich in culture, and has lots to offer in terms of culture, golf, and ultimate holiday feeling. On top of that (thanks to the mountain La Concha) this particular part of the Costa del Sol has a micro-climate; lots of sun, and steady lovely weather. That is why we have always been attracted to this part of Spain. We were never really satisfied with the houses we rented. That is why we decided to buy a house of our own and decorate it to our style, with the luxury we desire. The pictures of our house are honest, and realistic. All rooms have a colour theme.

We love to share our house with you, and hope you will experience the privacy, luxury and holiday feeling as we do. We cannot wait to go there again!

What makes this house unique

We viewed 12 houses before we choose this one. It was clear this was the right house from the moment we stood on the rooftop, looking at La Concha on the left and the ocean on the right. The park is lovely and green and secure. The swimming pool appeared to be just 25 steps from the house. That was a very big plus, being parents of 2 nine year old girls. You can actually hear their voices when they are playing in the pool, and that is a re-assurance. There are many (working) residents living in this urbanisation, that is why the pools are rarely busy. On a busy day there are max 10-15 people in the pool close to our house. Usually other tourist families.

We changed and modernised quite a bit in this house to improve the comfort of living. We put an extra glass door in the wall to the garden to optimise the inside-outside experience. The complete privacy in the garden and on the top roof is extraordinary.

The soft yellow Moorish building style of the house together with the beautiful marbel floors inside give the house a lovely Spanish atmosphere.

A huge benefit of this house is the strategic position. It is really close to everything. We sometimes rent bicycles and you easily bike to Puerto Banus, Marbella, the beach and shops. Ideal!

The house has a great strategic position. The historical centre of Marbella is close by, Malaga is just a 50 minutes drive. The house is surrounded by golf courts, f.e. Las Naranjas, just 7 minutes driving. The beach is very close, at walking distance! Many lovely beach clubs for the ultimate summer feeling; Mistral Beach, La Sala Beach, Bora Bora. Al within a 5 minutes drive.

Lovely Villa with all you need, and in a quiet but central location

The house is very tastefully presented inside and a large patio to the rear was perfect for soaking up the sunshine. The house was very homely and well equipped. Felt more like a home than a rental property. Loads of space. The location was quiet with no traffic noise so felt very peaceful and relaxed.

Owner and the 24/7 maintenance person took quickly care of solving any needs or problems to ensure we could relax and enjoy the vacation. Both speaks excellent English and communication was very easy with them both when arranging booking and during our stay.

Puerto Banús was only a short distance away with yachts, top class cars and designer shops and good restaurants! Several nice beaches and beach clubs are close to the house as-well.

Another great visit is Ronda, a wonderful/ elegant and historic city with El Tajo a deep cliff dividing the city in two. Also to be found here is the Plaza de Toros Ronda the first bullfighting ring in Spain but now a museum, but the town also offered a lot’s of other historical buildings and streets.

Malaga is 35 minutes by car and in Malaga you may find all one could wish for. We had a day with rain, but drove to La Canada, a huge shopping Mall. The day were easily spend there.

This villa is close enough that you can get to everything easily but far enough away that it is very peaceful staying at the villa. We had a rental car to get around, which we will recommend for other renters.

I would highly recommend this villa as we had a very enjoyable stay!

Very nice house with a good location in Nueva Andalucia. Service was excellent and we really felt welcomed from the start! Great to have the private garden, the rooftop terrace and super close access to the pool where we were practically alone :)

Heel erg netjes en mooi huis, van alles voorzien!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in de mooie woning, die stijlvol en warm is ingericht. Het interieur is van alles voorzien en het terras en ook het dakterras is heerlijk om te relaxen en te eten en genieten! De omgeving is gezellig, boven in het dorp lekkere restaurants waar vooral locals komen, dit is ook prima te lopen. echt een aanrader! David's bar heeft echt lekker eten voor zeer goede prijs, ook daar tegenover is het heerlijk eten, het ziet er niet zo gezellig uit maar het is echt lekker!

Stunning villa, excellent location

From start to finish the holiday experience was excellent. Service was impeccable really helpful and gave good advice. The property manager welcomed us all and showed us around the villa and it was stunning! Excellent location close enough to the action but far enough away to relax. Cleaning Fee £121.49

- Check-in time is after 4:00pm and check-out at 10:00am
- Taxes are all included in the rental price!
- For a stay longer than 10 days we require an additional (bathroom/kitchen) cleaning and change of towels and bedlinnen. This cleaning will be organised by our property manager, in consultation with you, and on your expense. Amount of this cleaning will vary depending on the condition of the house when the cleaners arrive. Please request upfront via your booking details.
Price is based on a stay of 6 guests average. With full occupancy we charge 50 Euro per person for the 7th and 8th person (linen, cleaning fee and tax), owner will have to communicate this before your booking is final. This extra fee can be paid upon arrival to the property manager.
- When desired we can provide XL beach towels for 7,00 euro per week.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
