Lovely garden flat in the heart of Rye with two double bedrooms, bathroom, large open plan living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It has been designed to feel light and modern. It is an ideal self-contained home for a couple, family or group of friends while they visit this wonderful historic town.
The living room is spacious and bright, lovely and cosy during the winter months. There is a large sofa which pulls out to be a sofabed, a 39” flatscreen TV, stereo, DVD player and a dining table with chairs for 6. The French doors open straight on to the garden, which has patio furniture and is perfect for an afternoon Pimms or al fresco dining on those lovely summer evenings.
Both bedrooms are upstairs and have comfortable beds, fitted wardrobes and great view of the Rye countryside or the harbour.
The bathroom is also upstairs and has a bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.
Guests have sole access to their own parking space at the side of the house.

The flats have been designed to be light, modern and happy! Both flats have one free parking space each. They are in the same building so you could even book with a bigger group. Please ensure when booking you select the correct unit you would like to stay in.
Rye is a full of charm and a beautiful historic town. Cobbled streets, great restaurants and close to fantastic beaches including Camber which is one of the top 50 beaches in the UK. Rye has many good restaurants, pubs, antique shops and boutiques. 2 mins away from the famous Mermaid Street. All the sites, restaurants and shops are easy walking distance to the flat.
We welcome dogs, but please let us know when booking as there is a £25 charge per dog to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Please keep them off the furniture.
A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided.

Both properties are located in the heart of Rye, just a few minutes walk in to the historic town. Rye is a beautiful town set on the edge of the Marshes with great beaches, such as Camber, a short drive/cycle away. Parking isn't easy in Rye but both of these flats each has one parking space. Rye has many good restaurants, pubs, antique and boutique shops and places to explore!
With your own parking space for the duration of your stay you won't need to pay for parking and everything in Rye is within walking distance. Camber Sands is just a short drive or bus ride away!

Emily was a great host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The flat was lovely with a very generous allocation of electrical points, great tv, great wifi. It was easy to keep clean and had lovely pictures and decorations. It took less than a minute to cross the road and be right in the centre of Rye. The fully enclosed back garden would be ideal for children and dogs. We had a fantastic weekend and will definitely book with Emily at this property again. Oh, and thanks for the wine!
We really enjoyed our stay in Rye,having only visited for a day previously.The apartment was ideal and good to have a parking place.Rye itself is so quaint with its pretty streets and plenty of coffee shops,Chinese restaurants and fish and chip shops close at hand.Plenty of places to visit nearby including Winchelsea beach and Camber sands.The actual village of Winchelsea was so quiet,like in a time warp and if you travel a little further, the town of Tenterden is worth a visit.We were very happy to return to apartment after a day out.
Short walk to town. Nice character property. Needs a bit of updating. Sofa is really grubby and shower has mind of it's own. Otherwise nice property. Lovely stay.
This is a lovely flat - bright, clean and comfortable. The description was accurate and the parking space was a big bonus.. You can walk to everything very easily from the flat. We really appreciated the cotton sheets, the welcome pack of basics (tea, coffee etc) and the surprise of a bottle of wine in the fridge! The booking process is simple and Emily easy to contact. Rye has so much to offer, history, beautiful buildings, loads of restaurants and pubs. We really liked The Union, The Standard, The George and The Mermaid. Thank you Emily - we hope to come back soon.
The flat is lovely very well situated and with everything you could need. It was very clean and the information we were given was very helpful. I would stay there again as the garden would be lovely in the summer.
Well laid out for children and accommodates dogs well. Mostly clean, barr the water marks on sofa, burnt on food in a kitchen pan, a grimy cutlery draw and out of date individual milk cartons for coffee on arrival. Beds were clean and comfy, rooms very small. The sofa (half broken) left a lot to be desired. Bottle of wine on arrival was very nice. Be sure to check which photos go with which flat as they are listed together. Close to the old town providing easy access to nice areas in which to walk around & explore.
We had a lovely stay in the apartment which actually felt more like a house being a maisonette. Well located for every amenity. Clean modern with every facility. We took our little girl and our dogs and it was lovely. I brought my own high hair and cot but these were available there. Nice and cosy even on the coldest of days. It is on a main road but really quiet in the evenings and we all had no problems with sleeping and the lucky ones who got a lie in. Would definitely recommend. Managing agent really helpful - great service.
