This 60 sqm flat is located on the second floor of the apartment building. It contains two separate bedrooms with double beds, one full bathroom, a separate living room and a fully equipped kitchen. This apartment faces the street but remains very quiet.

About the apartment:
These 60 square meter London vacation rentals are located in a secure residential building without an elevator. They have hardwood flooring throughout and receive plenty of natural light. The cosy living rooms feature a couch, armchair, coffee table and a flat screen television with cable. A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the flats. There is also a dining corner with a table and chairs for four people should you wish to dine in one night instead of going out to one of the restaurants in the Fitzrovia area.
The apartments have fully equipped kitchens with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can make a meal right at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. An iron and board are available for your convenience.
Each flat has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, double, nightstands, bedside lamps and plenty of storage space. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. The apartment has one full modern bathroom complete with a combination bathtub/shower, hand washbasin, heated towel rail, toilet and hair dyer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 4 people as well.
The apartments are heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast. The flats are street facing but remains very quiet and calm thanks to their double-glazed windows. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in the Fitzrovia area.

- Damage Deposit. A 400€ damage deposit payment is required before arrival
- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.
- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.
- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties or events and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people.
The flats Tottenham 3 and 4 are identical. The only difference is the floor. Tottenham 3 is located on the first floor and Tottenham 4 is located on the second floor.

We would definitely stay here again
We stayed in the Flat 4 for a 4-day visit in London. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood with a lot to do, very close to the Tottenham Court Road station (1 minute walk). It is well-equipped and spacious (exactly like what you see in the pictures). The welcoming staff person, Raphael, was pleasant and very helpful with directions on how to get there. It was nice to be able to chill-out after a long day of walking, eating and shopping. And, if you enjoy live theatre, the theatre district is within walking distance and you can find every kind of show happening. We would definitely stay here again.
Brilliant Location and Flat
Brilliant flat, very stylish and above all, clean! Perfect location close to everything - you can walk to the British Museum (my husband spent 2 whole days there). Paul's team was very helpful and rather with the check in arrangements. Besides, there are a few coffee shops on the same street so you can get a very good (strong) coffee to start your day and stay buzzed while you visit London. We felt safe and cared for. A wonderful experience.
Nice apartment in an excellent location..
The apartment is very well located within a few blocks from British museum and other attractions. Several restaurants, shops, cafes, etc within a block distance. Metro station is just a few steps away. Apartment is very well fit with enough towels, linens, kitchen utensils, etc. Listing description is accurate. Property was very clean and well-maintained upon arrival. Pierre, the greeter was very helpful and nice upon arrival and showing us the apartment around. Damage deposit returned within one day, with a notification email. In general excellent choice. I would definitely recommend this to anybody, and will go back in the future.
The flat was very conveniently located in the city center close to 2 Tube stations and also very close to Charlotte street and all of its restaurants (there's a guidebook in the flat with tons of recommendations on where to eat and drink). It was clean and the beds comfortable. Perfect for 2 couples visiting London or a family of 4 on holidays. I would happily stay there again.

The apartment has two double beds which make sit very convenient to travel with a company. The flat was clean upon check in and Johan`s assistant was very nice during check in.
It is a very centrally located flat with good commute to other city parts and to main touristic places in London.
P.S. I think the owner has more apartments that these two in the building so if you are a bigger family/ company it is easy to stay together!
Centrally and Conveniently Located
Tottenham 4 Flat:
Johan's assistant met us at the flat earlier than we had expected which was most convenient for us. He was most welcoming and provided us with a brief overview of the flat as well as of the immediate area. The flat was just as is was listed. It was centrally located and was conveniently located close to the tube and easy access to buses outside our door. The flat was very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our family. It was wonderful to have the kitchen for breakfast and snacks, especially with a grocery store one block away. We very much enjoyed our stay in London and we will return.

Regarding a late check-in (after 7:00PM)
Please remember that you are booking an apartment, not a hotel room. We try to be as accommodating as possible. However, in the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a 30 £ late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee will be 50 £. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be 80 £. After 1:00AM there will be a 100£ check-in fee.
