Built on two floors, the house is displayed on 350 sqm and has 5 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (for max of 10 + 1 persons): 1 bedroom with a 2 bunk beds bed (90/ 190) , 3 bedrooms with 2 beds (90/ 190) and 1 master bedroom ( 160/190 ), plus a reading corner with TV and a sofa bed for 1 person ( 130/180 ); all bedrooms are upstairs . The master bedroom exits on a terrace overlooking the garden . 2 of the bedrooms are equiped with Aircon. For everyone’s ease there are 3 bathrooms at your disposal ( 1 with bathtub and 2 with shower newly build). That’s it for the upper floor. A spacious night area, inviting and warm thanks to the cherry color parquet that gives the feeling of being in an old family house steeped in history. Decidedly unusual! <br />

On the ground floor you will find the large and well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic stove , and all must to be in any modern kitchen convenience) , open to 50 sqm fully glazed dining room , overlooking the gallery , garden and pool. You will have the impression of living outside while you are inside; enjoy the sunshine during your holidays even into the house ! The living room offers all the required modern commodities : sofas , various chairs , big screen TV with over 200 channels (TDT and satellite ), DVD player, WIFI , Aircon (warm/cold) and reading and games areas . Next to the kitchen, the 40sqm playing room where the youngest among you will spend all their time, your holidays are guaranteed! ... On the ground floor, there is also a WC and entrance hall to leave the beach stuff without cluttering the whole house.<br />

The house is surrounded by a gallery overlooking the garden planted with local species. The perfect place to take all meals in the shade of the reeds . You'll spend most of your days at the table or in the summer living room to take advantage of the sunshine or shadows depending of your mood<br />

The property offers high quality equipment to ensure you have a great holiday : swimming pool ( 10/5) , to enjoy the sun beds , garden furniture (tables and chairs ) to make a summer tea room , several bikes to go to the beach or to go for the bread in the morning , BBQ area , track bowling alley for family tournaments and parking area for several cars.<br />

The beach is 900M , you can safely go on foot or by bike , on the way back , buy vegetables from local small producers and taste real tomatoes sun-drenched ... definitely….do you need anything else ?

Villa Bugaya

Villa Bugaya is a spacious villa in a very nice area. Our party consisted of 6 adults, one child and two infants, 3 families in total. The bedrooms were all very good but it would have been good if all had air conditioning instead of just one. There were 3 bathrooms and all were of a good standard. The upstairs accommodation is very spacious allowing plenty of room for the infants to run around. The ground floor accommodation is excellent with plenty of seating and a/c. The kitchen was adequate for 3 families as we ate in most nights. The outside is excellent with a fabulous swimming pool, plenty of sun beds and a great terrace for al fresco dining. One thing that could be improved is that one or two areas were looking a little "tired", for example one or two window frames are in need of replacement. However none of these caused us any problems. We would certainly stay at this villa again if the circumstances occurred.

El Campello, at 10 km south Alicante (main aiport), the village extend on 26 KM of coast with sandy beaches, rock beaches, residencial areas, commercial areas. inside land, at only 5 km, you find the mountain of the Iberic chain (very nice for trekkings with sea view ! ).

beside the beach and sea activity, you can walk, bike, golf, horse ride.... and you will find also all entertainment parks you want at only 30 km from there, in Benidorm. seach on google, they are all there.
