About this property

The villa belongs to a complex of two other adjacent villas, located inside the Residence Le Magnolie. It has an internal surface of 80 square meters and is surrounded by a large garden of 150 square meters. It can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people and consists of: 3 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms, one of which with shower; 1 living room with sofa bed; 1 equipped kitchen. Very comfortable is the large veranda equipped with table, chairs and built-in barbecue where you can have lunch, dinner or have barbecues on pleasant summer evenings. The back of the house is also equipped with 2 outdoor showers, one of which is brick, very useful when returning from the beach. The villa is just 400 m from the beach which can be easily reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Villetta deliziosa, accogliente, è tenuta bene,

Villetta molto accogliente, e delicoidale, la veranda è uno splendido angolo dove rilassarsi e cenare in compagnia. Il padrone di casa Vincenzo è sempre disponibile e gentile Consiglio questa casa !!!

vacanza relax !!!!!!

grande disp.di vincenzo ottima location molto tranquilla molto vicino al mare , navetta gratis raggiungibile a piedi ,villetta ben fornita di tutto.. forse qualche sdraio in piu' ma so che sta già provvedendo 7 posti comodi mai sofferto il caldo consigliata :)
