The apartment is located only 2 minutes walking distance to the centre of Torremolinos with all the services. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6, 3 bathrooms. First I rented this property for several times because of its good location and and fantastic seaview. Then I got the opportunity to buy it for ourselves.

Roomy apartment with a great location

We, as a family of five, enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as described and no need to repeat the positives from the earlier reviews.

The internet connection I was told was renewed a while ago and worked without fault and was fast. The swimming pool was heated but the water so cold that atleast during our stay swimming, apart from a quick dip, was of the cards.

Would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing apartment, great location, stunning views.

5 of us stayed here for 10 nights. We were warmly welcomed by Natalia & Jose, & used the taxi firm recommended in previous review, all of whom were great. The apartment is large & equipped with absolutely everything needed. It is situated in an outstanding position, with a view that's hard to beat! The balcony has full sun until mid afternoon, when we moved down to the lovely terrace where the sun stays until teatime. The swimming pool was clean & the whole place is well maintained. The beach & promenade are a 2 minute walk down the steps & there is a vast array of excellent restaurants & bars very close by. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Vesa!

Fantastic apartment on the beach

Fantastic apartment right on the beachfront. The description of the property is very accurate, it has everything you would need for your stay. 6 girls stayed for a long weekend and felt it was very spacious and welcoming. We had plenty of room so did not feel on top of each other.

The beach is just a 2 minute walk down a few steps. Down the steps you will also find a selection of restaurants, Café’s, bars & shops so no need to venture far if you don’t want to. The main town is 5 mins out of the front of the apartment and maybe 10 if you chose the beach front walk. No need to have a car as everything is walkable.

We did pre-book our airport Taxi and on arrival discovered this was a wise move as the taxi queue was long! We booked 6 seater with Costa Del Sol Transfers - info@costadelsoltransfer.co.uk. It was €30 each way and for the great services and clean car I would highly recommend.

We have no complaints at all in relation to the apartment and would recommend it as a great place to stay. Thank you Vesa for allowing us to stay and Natalia for the warm welcome in the early hours of the morning!

Ein tolle Wohnung mit einem fantastischen Ausblick!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist auch gut. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein- das Haus ist am Hang gelegen, direkt an der Promenade mit einem grandiosen unverbauten Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon, Wohn- und Esszimmer. Eine Treppe führt vom Haus direkt zu der Promenade und wird ausschließlich von den Bewohnern der Anlage genutzt (für das Tor an der Treppe benötigt man einen Schlüssel). Somit bekommt man vom ganzen "Trubel" an der Promenade kaum was mit, ist aber trotzdem in 2 Minuten unten direkt am Strand. Für die Bewohner steht ein Swimmingpool im Erdgeschoss zur Verfügung.

Die ganze Abwicklung und die Betreuung vor Ort war einwandfrei. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und die Mitarbeiter der betreunden Agentur vor Ort sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Wir werden mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit nochmal diese Wohnung buchen!

Perfect location at the beach. Very nice and clean appartment. Balcony and view were great. We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids. We'll comeback here!

Perfect stay!

Everything was so perfect ! The apartment is very well located at 5 min of the center of the city, Calle San Miguel where there is stores, restaurants and some very pleasant shows at night and also at 50 m of the beach that you can reach by private stairs linked to the residence. It is well furnished, all necessary is here and it's very clean. Natalia is nice too. I recommend this apartment to all medium or big families, it is a pleasure to stay there because there is space for everybody. The seaview from the apartment is so breathtaking. I will return to it for sure in the future.
