A modern chalet largely open to mountain, a living room with large guest lounge table and fireplace, a relaxation area with swim spa and sauna, and of course plenty of room for skis, snowboards, snowshoes, bicycles .. . Very interiors combine existing raw concrete, larch wood, warm materials, furniture and equipment design, and form a cozy place very comfortable.
The capacity is 10 people (5 bedrooms) with the possibility of 4 additional beds (extra charge).

Détente très haut-de-gamme

Cet « hôtel » est destiné à toute la famille, privatisé donc similaire à une grande villa. Panorama exceptionnel sur la montagne, dans toutes les pièces et sans vis-à-vis. Salon convivial avec cheminée magnifique, bon matériel d’écoute musicale. Chambres magnifiques, très haut-de-gamme, meublées avec goût , comportant un téléviseur. Service quotidien de ménage grâce à la très aimable et efficace Laurie, qui nous a aussi très bien accueillis. Jacuzzi aussi grand qu’une piscine, très bien entretenu, ainsi que sauna, dans une salle dont les baies vitrées donnent aussi sur la montagne. Cuisine bien équipée Salle de dépôt des accessoires de sport très pratique au sous-sol, avec des radiateurs pensés pour les gants et les chaussures de ski. L’hôtel comporte un ascenseur qui a eu beaucoup de succès . Commodités à proximité, on peut aller aux commerces à pied par des petits chemins sans voitures ( on y est en 5 mn.) Nevalhaia est une location extrêmement agréable, toute la famille l’a adorée.

QUEL BONHEUR !

Vars, vacances jour de l'an décembre 2015 : 0 cm de neige !!! Autant dire que nous sommes arrivés sans trop de baume au coeur. Mais c'était sans compter sur le Nevalhaia dont le confort n'a d'égal que la gentillesse du propriétaire. Nous avons privatisé cet établissement de 5 chambres avec des amis. Ce chalet contemporain parfaitement intégré dans le site offre une vue spectaculaire sur la montagne. Il y reigne une atmosphère de sérénité et de grand confort que nous avons pu apprécier après de belles balades. Enfin un chalet moderne, meublé avec goût et avec un grand sens du détail ! Ici tout invite au farniente une bonne tasse de thé à la main à côté d'un feu crépitant dans la cheminée du salon dont le foyer ouvert laisse entrevoir la salle de SPA. Cette dernière a été particulièrement appréciée de tous. La piscine/jacuzzi à température parfaite offre les étoiles des écrins en cadeau. Le soir, nous avons opté pour les services de la jeune chef à domicile Camille COUDERC, qui a su ravir nos papilles et nos coeurs par sa grande générosité et son inventivité. Vraiment, je ne sais plus quoi dire pour inciter les vacanciers à séjourner dans ce magnifique chalet. Pour nous c'est sûr, nous y reviendrons. Merci pour tout M. RISOUL.

Très agréable sejour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce chalet eco-design que nous avions loue pour la semaine il est très fidèle à la description sur le site.l'ameublement est de qualité ,les chambres sont très bien décorées et très bien équipées .il y a une vue magnifique sur les montagnes partout ou l'on se trouve.on peut partir ski aux pieds du chalet si il y a suffisamment de neige,mais on peut également faire de belles promenades ou de la luge avec les enfants.le centre de vars est à une minute en voiture ou 10 minutes à pieds. Le propriétaire monsieur Risoul est très à l'écoute et très attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service.il nous a conseillé de louer notre matériel de ski au magasin l'eterlou qui sont des gens charmants et très pros.la station de ski vars était encore très bien enneigée malgré notre séjour tardif. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et espérons pouvoir y revenir prochainement.
