Delightful country villa with private pool, A/C, FREE wifi, ping pong, close to Nerja

Villa Jazmin is set in a quiet location overlooking the Sierra de Almijara mountains, just 2km from the coastal town of Nerja.
Accommodation is all on one level & is child friendly (the pool area can be closed off).
Ample private secure parking available within the enclosed driveway.
Outside there is a delightful covered dining terrace with terrace furniture & space for the ping pong table!!
The private pool is approx 7m x 3m & is surrounded by sun bathing terraces with loungers & parasol. There is also an outside shower.
The BBQ is in the tropical gardens where you can pick your fresh lemon for that G&T.
Inside comprises open plan lounge/dining area with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher & free standing oven). Feature wood burning stove & Large flat screen TV with English free view channels. There is also hot & cold air conditioning.
The master double bedroom is also air conditioned & has en-suite shower room & fitted wardrobes.
There are a further 2 twin bedrooms, both with wardrobes & a family bathroom with bath & shower over.

In Frigiliana there are guided tours on horseback, market on Thursday and motorcycle rental. You should visit the old town where the architectural design and structure dates to the period of the Moors and is considered one of the best, if not the best conserved in the province of Malaga; with its narrow and winding streets and meticulously painted houses which all together make this place an enchanting and captivating experience.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants.

Relaxing rural retreat

Beautiful surroundings and views although a car is a must! Narrow steep roads so a bit hair raising but view from villa is worth it. Extremely comfortable beds. A little welcome pack - tea/coffee/water/bread would be nice especially arriving so late. There were a fair few ants around the kitchen area but the villa was very clean. Pool cleaned regularly. Good communication.

Could Happily Live Here!

Loved our stay in Villa Jazmin - size was perfect for a family of five and the villa was exactly as had been described in the property listings. Service from the management company was great, from the detaiiled instructions on how to find the property and the keys initially, throughout our stay. The one small issue we had, with a shower head that needed replaced, was acknowleged immediately and fixed the next day. The location is ideal for exploring Nerja, ten minutes at most by car, while still having the space and peace of being out of the town. This was our first time in Nerja and we would definitely return to both the area and this particular villa

Lovely house, harden and pool Frigiliana

We really enjoyed our stay at villa Jazmin! With only two persons the house had plenty of room for us. The pool was lovely and was cleaned halfway our stay. What made it really special was the opportunity to pick fruit from the trees in our own garden: avocado's, vigs, oranges, lemons! It felt tropical! The kitchen was sufficient, but not more then that. We missed an oven. You could hear the highway which we got used to, but without the continuous background sound from the highway and a more modern kitchen, we would have given the house five stars. But overall we really liked it and had a wonderfull stay. C&G agents services and reaction time were above average which we really appreciated. Thanks again Ian! Till next time!

Amazing stay 🌞

Villa Jazmin was a great choice. It's got a quite area , big garden,swimming pool,terrace , tennis table and the sun that would make us happy every day. Villa is located near Lidl where you can buy all the products you need, and the nerja centre is located 10 minutes away from the villa by car. After the stay in the villa we now one thing for definite. 1 week is not enough so see you next year for 2 weeks.

Clean, spacious and nice beautiful garden

C&G Estate Agents were very helpful whenever we needed them. Nice house, good wifi and sufficient tv channels in various languages. Garden was beautiful and tranquil and the whole of Malaga was simply marvelous!!! Until next time!
