The property was as described and in very good condition throughout. The service provided from booking through to departure by Nicola was excellent. We would recommend this lovely apartment to anyone, it is in a great location with fantastic facilities.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a cleaning charge of 140.00 euros on departure. This is to be given in cash after the property has been checked for any damages during your vacation. The security Bond will be refunded in full and returned to your card after inspection.
Check in times for this penthouse if other guests are leaving that morning will be 02.30pm
Check out no later than 11.00am (we can be more flexible if we have no guests arriving that day, however this can not be confirmed until closer to the travelling date).
Please do not leave the air con on whilst not inside the property.
All rubbish needs to be taken out of this property before the inspection on check out, the rubbish bins are outside on the street opposite the entrance.
If you have late arrival after 7pm this needs to be pre arranged with the property manager working hours 09.00am-7pm (out of hours €10 per hour charge)

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
