Brand new and comfortable single villa, located on the first floor, with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Olbia-Pittulongu and in front of the island of Tavolara. The villa of 88 square meters is composed of a large living room with large windows overlooking the sea, kitchenette with kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher 8 covered, 2 bedrooms adaptable according to the needs (2 double or 1 double and one with 2 single beds or 2 bedrooms with two single beds), bathroom with shower, washing machine, Daikin climate in all rooms, 2 sea view veranda of 19 sqm, reserved parking space, large garden, 80 meters from a small bay where you can swim and dive from the pier and 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Mare Rocce, the Pellicano and Bados that can be reached easily on foot. The Wi-Fi service is available from 1 April to 31 October at a cost of € 15 per week.

Beautiful apartment. Incredible views!

10/10 the property is perfect, modern and clean. Even the garden is kept to a very high standard. The sea views from the terrace are spectacular. And the owner Gianfranco is very nice and helpful. One small thing to improve would be to have another mirror somewhere, there is one in the bathroom but could do with one in the bedroom or living room. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would definitely come again!!

Traumhafter Meeresblick

Alles war perfekt, wir wurden von Gianfranco mit Begrüßungsgeschenken freundlich empfangen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man hat von der riesigen überdachten Terrasse und einer weiteren Loggia großartigen Meerblick und sitzt geschützt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet! Klimaanlage und hervorragende Fenster und Jalousien sind auch für Hitzetage eine sehr gute Voraussetzung. Bei kühler Wetterlage kann man auch damit heizen! Pittulungo hat tolle Strände! Wenn wir nochmals nach Olbia kommen, dann wieder zu Gianfranco!

Die Wohnung ist toll, sauber und gut ausgestattet, wunderbar gelegen. Wir kommen wieder! Für Babys ist alles da und man kommt schnell zum Strand!

Super sauber und gemütlich mit hervoragendem Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und ist sehr gemütlich. Es gibt eine riesige Terasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Einige schöne Strände sind fussläufig erreichbar. Echt ein toller Urlaub bei Gianfranco.
