‘Number 57' dates back to the 1800’s and has an interesting history. The property is located right in the heart of the Marina Quarter and is on the doorstep to all amenities.

WATERSPORTS: Number 57 is 300 meters from the Kinsale Yacht Club Marina. Instruction course of all kinds are available with Kinsale Outdoor Education Centre, Kinsale Yacht Club and The Oysterhaven Water Sports Centre.

SAILING: Why not charter a yacht for a day with a skipper with Sovereign Sailing and view Kinsale from the water.

GOLFING: There are a number of golf courses in the Kinsale area including the stunning Old Head Golf Links only 10K away.

WALKING: A mix of walks to suit all walkers with spectacular views of the harbour, a picnic is a must!

FOODIES: Kinsale is awash with fabulous restaurants. From tapas to fine dining, there is a restaurant in Kinsale to suit all tastes and pockets.

HISTORY BUFFS: There is no shortage of historic ruins, forts, museums, churches and ancient graveyards to explore with a local tour guide to give you a comprehensive insight into Kinsale.

The property is fully equipped with all you could need and is extremely comfortable and luxurious.

It has three to four bedrooms, all en-suite and accessed by a fully operational lift. It has two reception rooms, a dining room and separate kitchen. It also has a rare find for a house in Kinsale, off street parking which is housed within the property. It also has a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. This house is very well proportioned and is at the very least quirky due to its history and build.

There is a back yard to the rear of the property with a small seating area.

Notes:
The lift is an ideal way to ferry guests and their luggage to their bedrooms and is a practical solution for shopping and other heavy loads. The garage is very advantageous as parking in the town is very challenging in Kinsale at the best of times!

Excellent location and terrific property

We stayed the month of May 2017. Location is short walking distance to most of Kinsale. The White Lady Pub is only a two minute walk. The property is totally up to date and spotless. Michelle and Dave are very responsive to any questions a guest might have. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic Holiday Home by the sea!

I brought my parents and children to this beautiful period home in Kinsale to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. Michelle could not have been more welcoming and helpful as we planned this trip from America. The home is spotless, comfortable for teenagers and elderly alike, and perfectly appointed. If you want a home in Kinsale, only a short stroll to the harbor or the many wonderful restaurants and pubs, then "57" is your place.

Fantastic location, lovely home!

We enjoyed a perfect weeklong stay here in March on a family trip to Ireland. The house location was ideal - walkable to shops and restaurants (Steakhouse across the street was fabulous!), so everyone could do their own thing and meet up afterward. Home itself was lovely and very comfortable. Lift was great for getting luggage to the bedrooms (and when older knees needed a rest after a day of touring). Kitchen was very well-equipped and furnishings all very comfortable. Will definitely plan a return here when time allows!

Delightful property

The house was fabulous and just as shown in the photos. My husband and I were on our own for 3 nights then joined by two other couples and the 3 double beds (plus one extra escape single) all with en-suite baths was a perfect situation. The house is very roomy and with great facilities. It is located very close to the harbor and the center of town. The garage was very useful. We had a really great time and would stay there again. The owners were most helpful.
