Beautiful sea and cliff views. Small semi-private pebbles beach with limited access -by boat or from the building complex-. This luxury apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, two of them with direct sea views, two full bathrooms, independent kitchen, large terrace with sea views and living/dining room. Private underground parking and beautiful swimming pool and gardens. The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to restaurants and marina. Supermarket is located at less than 5 minutes by car. Benidorm is about 15 minutes by car. Highly recommended to have a car to move around.

We only rent it from time to time to cover fixed costs -not doing this for a living- and look forward for families and friends that treat our place as their own and come back.

Why they chose this property

Altea is charming town in the Mediterranean coast of Spain. There are many little towns like Guadalest and Altea itself where you can enjoy the truly Spanish flavors and architecture. Aside from the beautiful beaches nearby, there are plenty of trekking opportunities in the mountains. Or simply relax at the fabulous terrace listening to the waves and enjoying your favorite drink with friends, family or simply reading a book. The complex swimming pool with its communal gardens are also the perfect addition to this place.
