Disney Is Next Door 4 Bedroom Townhouse - No Resort or Cleaning Fees!

Your reservation includes a Gate Access Card for One vehicle.
Additional Vehicles will require that you purchase an Access Card for each.
The cost is a One-Time Fee of $ 20.00 per vehicle as of 1/01/2024.

4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms in the Emerald Island Resort!
It is located close to everything you'll want to do on vacation.
We're just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Busch Gardens.

Our attached terraced townhome can sleep up to 9 people comfortably. The total floor area is approximately 1617 sq/ft, and the property has two floor levels.

There are Two Master Suites, complete with their own private bathrooms. One is on the ground floor, and the other is on the second floor. Both have walk-in showers.

Also on the ground floor is a full-sized washer, dryer, and another (half) bathroom.
The second floor has two more bedrooms and the main bathroom with a tub/shower.

The bedding configuration is as follows:

Emerald cause of the beautiful location

Location and home was beautiful. Place was clean, comfortable bedding and sheets. Hosts responded to any questions and concerns I had with in a very fast pace

Disney Trip

Our stay at this townhouse was a great experience. Reservation was easy to make. Owner provided a welcome packet with all the details on property and things to do during our stay. The property was very nice and my family enjoyed the pool. The travel time to Disney parks was great!

Great Location - Great Place

I've stayed at Emerald Gardens before but it has been a few years. This condo is well kept, clean, and the price is fantastic. Many folks are looking for the closest place to Disney they can find, which this is very close, but they forget that they need things like Target, Walgreens, and other services that aren't at Disney and this one is close to both.

Disney stay

Mike was wonderful to deal with. Quick to answer any questions you may have and send a packet of information. Some of which is quite numerous. We had a wonderful time. So close to Disney with maybe a 10 minute drive to the main entrance. The pool is a close walk from the house. Two large master bedrooms with attached baths.

Why they chose this property

We have five children (and three grand children now) and have been going to Disney World for over 30 years. It was cheaper for us to buy a house than to keep paying for two hotel rooms.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy vacationing in our house instead of in a small hotel room without the cost of renting a suite. Having your own vehicle will give you the freedom to enjoy your vacation on your schedule and not the bus schedule.
