BINI SEK is a very special property for a different holiday experience in Menorca. Newly redecorated by the The Orangerie Studio in 2013, it shares with the MENORCASELECT villas the distinguishing features that make them unique properties on the island given to its exquisite decoration and refined equipment, which combines in BINI SEK with a unique front line position, next to the platforms where you can sunbathe and swim in the turquoise sea waters, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Menorca’s South Coast.

With a large porch to enjoy the uninterrupted sea views, and a delightful garden with solarium, BINI SEK offers an attractive contrast between the charm of traditional houses by the sea in Binibeca (beams, high ceilings, fireplace), with very comfortable furnishings, offering a beautiful master bedroom with access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms with built-in beds , a second family bathroom, a charming fully equipped rural kitchen, and a lovely living room with large windows and amazing sea views, equipped with LCD TV, DVD, open SKY channels and stereo system . Air conditioning and heat pump, hight quality mattresses, bed linen and towels, free WiFi, etc, complete a different proposal for a holiday in a unique setting.

And the swimming pool? ... As the majority of the front line properties in the area, BINI SEK has no swimming pool in its garden area, but it does have a fantastic natural swimming pool which is accessed by a staircase carved into the rock, in the platforms situated right in front of the house. The feeling of getting up every morning to take a first swim in the sea, or watch the sunset from the platforms or on one of the comfortable loungers in the garden is simply unforgettable. Our younger guests can in any case enjoy a children's paddling pool.

The roof terrace offers in turn a wonderful viewpoint from which to enjoy a unique panoramic view from Punta Prima to Binisafúa, constituting a perfect chill-out space for a last drink in the evening, or an exclusive private solarium.

  • The master bedroom is very spacious, comfortable and bright with a double bed of 160 cm. (Viscoelastic mattress), exit to the garden and beautiful sea views. It has a wardrobe with hanging areas, shelves and drawers, and a lovely reading area / dressing room with fireplace, plus ensuite shower. There is enough space to fit a cot. The two double bedrooms are typical rural style of Binibeca, with high ceilings and twin beds with viscoelastic mattresses of 90 cm.(They cannot be combined). Both have closet and a window overlooking the sea.

BINI SEK is located in a fantastic front line position, next to the charming Fishermen Village and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Binibeca, ideal for families. In a quiet environment, but with all services at hand for a comfortable stay (supermarkets with daily newspapers , bars and restaurants, children’s playground), our customers also have just in front of the villa swimming and sunbathing platforms , wonderful seaside walks , city bus, etc. But if you fancy taking the car and exploring the environment, BINI SEK is also in a strategic location to discover the most beautiful areas of the South Coast (beaches of Binisafua, Binidalí, Biniparratx, Cala Torret, Punta Prima, Cala Mesquida ...) with all the attractions of the capital Mahon and its lively Harbour at ten minute drive.
