A luxury beach front apartment situated in a great location on the west coast of Barbados available to rent. Waterside 306 is located in a luxurious gated block of 26 apartments on the prestigious Mahogany tree lined ‘Paynes Bay’ in St James and enjoys direct access on to the beach. The apartment itself is 2 floors up from the ground and the elevator stops immediately outside the door. Please note, this apartment is not suitable for children.

The apartment features, 3 Bedrooms ~ 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite ~ marble floors throughout ~ 30+ metre pool ~ Cable TV which includes UK soccer package ~. A/C and fans in bedrooms and main lounge ~, complimentary local telephone calls ~on site parking ~ gated area with security/concierge. Situated 2 minute walk away from Daphnes restaurant and just 5 minutes on foot from the Cliff restaurant. Bus stop 1 minute walk from the apartment - all fares just $BD2.

Apartment 306 at Waterside is in a great location, with a wonderful view and position so close to the beach, and it feels very spacious. It is very well equipped, and very comfortable. There are great restaurants close by, and a watersports facility within a couple of hundred yards. We hope to return very soon. Sue Weeks

Fabulous apartment. Not more that I can say except I would recommend this apartment without hesitation. The owners, Jim & Dora were extremely helpful and the apartment had plenty of information on the island of where to eat and visit. Thank you Jim & Dora.

Fabulous Apartment

We have recently returned form staying in this wonderful apartment , everything was perfect from the easy booking procedure , our arrival and the whole holiday . The apartment is in a beautiful position right onto the beach with breathtaking views of the sea and sunsets . Everything was there to make out stay as relaxing as possible . Sonia the housekeeper was on hand to help us with any thing we needed and kept the rooms clean and tidy . We were in a perfect position to try out the excellent restaurants along this bit of coast line our favourite was Tides where we celebrated my birthday . Car hire is not essential as you can get taxis or bus to the shops but we found having the car made everything easier and a way to explore the whole of the island . We have are planning to return next year ! I think that says it all .

Excellent apartment fantastic location

The apartment is immaculate as well as really comfortable with everything in it you could possibly want got your holiday. The duel aspect windows and balcony make it even better. Jim and Dora are always happy to answer any questions - if you have any! If we can stay there again we will but lots of dates are already booked for next March😡

Idyllic, no need to say anymore.

Wish I could select a higher star rating, would go to a 10++

The apartment is fabulous, has got everything you need, is immaculate and the owners leave a welcome pack ++++. The balcony is very spacious, furniture really comfortable and the views are amazing. The pool is very clean, and a few steps away leads to the sunny caribbean sea, white sands and warm water to swim in.Troy who tends to the pool and to the garden is so helpful and very interesting to chat to, he gave us so many tips on where to eat etc.Thanks Troy!!

All the concierge staff were brilliant. Plenty of watersports if you are that way inclined, we tend to just chill out! We love Bajan food, across from the apartment are 3 local restaurants serving authentic Bajan food at very reasonable prices. Marshalls is another local restaurant, food is delicious and very reasonable.

Dora and Jim the owners really go out of their way to make sure your stay is as idyllic as it can be .I have been to Trinidad, Tobago and St Lucia but Barbados is now my number 1, so safe to go anywhere, locals are so friendly and go out of their way to help.

Beautiful place on a beautiful part of the island!

Friends and I stayed at waterside at the end of march and can't wait to come back one day! The condo was a dream...located on paynes bay beach directly beside sandy lanes and the house resort. The beach is pristine and great for swimming/snorkelling. The condo unit itself faces west so we were able to watch the sunset every night over drinks/dinner, the best!

We found the accommodations so homey and welcoming. The owners included so many nice touches like extra towels and kitchen essentials (butter, sugar, tea, hot sauce, and any other cooking essential you can think of needing to get you started). Sonia the housekeeper was so very helpful too! She welcomed us on arrival and helped with any questions we had. We had her come in once during the week to clean and she had the place sparkling when we got back from our day out!

Our whole stay was enjoyable from beginning to end, the four of us hope to come back one day very soon!

Having travelled for many years to the Caribbean, we came to the conclusion Barbados has it all. We have stayed for many years at varyious locations in Barbados, before finally coming to the conclusion that Paynes Bay was the place we wanted to be. When we saw Waterside being built we knew we had found the perfect location.
