The main bedroom with 1 double bed has direct access to the front terrace overlooking the sea and the pool.The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a comfortable living room, 2 steps down a dining room. The kitchen is american style and has direct access to the back terrace with view over the mountains. Outside, the finca is surrounded by olive and palm trees. On the front terrace you will find a table and chairs to enjoy your meals, donw below the pool (6x4m) and sunbathing area.

Beautiful villa and location

Beautiful location and cosy, comfortable villa. Views are stunning. Not too far from Alcúdia and Can Picafort though a car is essential The owners were very helpful and attentive The driveway down to the property is very rocky, a low sports type car wouldn’t be advisable otherwise everything perfect Would we go again? Absolutely. Thank you for making us so welcome

Tolle kleine Finca

Die kleine Finca ist sehr schön gelegen - abgeschieden mit tollem Blick! Die Beschreibung entspricht dem Objekt. Die Finca ist optimal für maximal 4 Personen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Sehr schön in der Natur gelegene Finca. Gut ausgestattet und Betreuung durch Eigentümerin sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Herrliche Sommerferien

Wir haben herrliche Sommerferien in dieser Finca verbracht! Die Betreuerin vor Ort war uns im Voraus mit einer Beschreibung der Anfahrt behilflich, das Finden der Finca war damit kein Problem. Wir wurden vor Ort von der Betreuerin bereits erwartet und haben eine freundliche, gute und umfassende Einweisung in die Finca erhalten. Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt und war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und es fehlte an nichts, u.a. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank mit großen Eisfach, etc.). Wir haben den ebenfalls sehr sauberen und gepflegten Pool täglich viele Stunden genossen. Auf Grund der Lage auf dem großen Grundstück und der schönen Bepflanzung findet sich immer etwas Schatten, wenn man diesen sucht. Wir haben hier vor allem die Ruhe und die herrliche, umgebende Natur sehr geschätzt!

Ein kleines Paradies - Mallorca pur erleben

Wir waren Ende Juni/Anfang Juli in der Finca. Wurden sehr freundlich von Bettina, der Vermieterin empfangen. Sie zeigte uns das ganze Anwesen. Wenn man ankommt, sieht zwar alles auf den ersten Blick gerade im Sommer typisch südländisch etwas karg aus, aber spätestens, wenn man zum Haupteingang der Finca kommt, wo auch der Poolbereich ist, sieht man ein kleines grünes Paradies. Die Finca ist sehr schön aufgeteilt, man hat einen großen Raum nach dem eintreten mit Wohn- und Essbereich. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vom Schnitt des Hauses her, sehr individuell. Praktisch ist der große Kühlschrank mit Eisfach in einem direkt an der Küche angeschlossenen kleinen Haushaltsraum. Die Terrasse verfügt über einen Esstisch mit Sonnenschirm, sowie vier schönen Lounge Möbeln, in denen man den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet. Im Kinderschlafzimmer können Moskitonetze aufgehangen werden, die vor Ort vorhanden sind. Das sollte man auf jeden Fall machen, da es sehr viele Mücken gibt, vor denen man sich schützen sollte. Wir hatten das in der ersten Nacht versäumt und sind zerstochen am nächsten Morgen aufgewacht. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und mit vier Liegen ausgestattet. Von der Finca aus kann man mit dem Auto sehr viele schöne Ausflüge machen. Zusammengefasst kann man sagen, dass wir einen traumhaften Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Finca verbracht haben, wo wir bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal Urlaub gemacht haben!
