This one bedroom apartment is well located on the sea front side on the seventh floor of block 4 of the Puerto Paraiso apartments within easy walking of shops, bars in Estepona Port. The apartment is very large and spacious and boasts a huge modern bathroom with a large shower. The lounge provides Spanish TV and there is air conditioning in the lounge which is operated by a coin box. The bedroom has kingsize 150 cm wide bed and the bathroom is separate. There is a great sea front terrace with a dining table for two people plus two sun beds. The whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer one bed apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. This is a very good quality apartment, which is always popular - bookings made after the 06-04-2016 include Fibre Optic internet and lots of language channels television like English /Dutch / Russian / Danish / Swedish etc.

very nice enjoyable stay

been to the apartment twice now and enjoyed each stay , it's been upgraded since our trip on 2015 ( we returned 24 Sept 2016 ) with very fast wifi and excellent Tv from the UK . The flat is very well maintained very clean with a walk in shower ,wet room tho sometimes the water level came alarmingly high due to the slow drainage but a bit of common sense it wasn't a problem washing m/c in the toilet was a joy to go home with clean washing ( so the Mrs said lol ) a nice kitchen diner tho. we only ate breakfast and very occasional lunch so didn't really use the cooker etc but products were bought from the supermarket acrosss the road . and enjoyed on the balcony with a sea view . what you see in the photo is the. view you get i thought the advert was slightly misleading as it gave me the impression the balcony was on the sea front of the building don't get me wrong a excellent. view is had form the balcony very slight noise at night from stragglers making there way home but to be fair we had the veranda doors open at night so maybe that's us being over critical. the car parking at the rear is a bit of a free for all entering by a key fob ito the secure car park which is very narrow in places people double parking as they weave by a few pillars and parked cars , yes some one they know who they are ran in to my hired car and damaged the rear wing bumper and pinned the car. against the wall and drove off without a word or leaving a note ,i had a quick look around to see if any other car had damaged the front passenger side to find the culprit and then realised they all must of hit my astra as they all had damage to there car so nojoy there then , reality kicked in and then realised there just bad drivers. Unfortunately the security camera was not working and awaiting parts ? ok wasn't a major drama was fully insured in any case but i was miffed to be honest . It certainly wouldn't put me off parking a well insured car there again as the flat is well worth the stay . there are about a dozen bars restaurants probably more around the flats really nice and a first class beach 5-10mins walk away through the. open car park playa el Cristo fab beach with one restaurants at either end the first one you come across was our favourite tho a bit expensive for lunch but well worth the treat we did go to the beach most days and payed for the loungers and had lunch and a few drinks in the very well run and friendly bar Sat and Sun the beach is very busy with locals

The owner is always improving this apartment and yes he now has fibre optics and a great TV system. You are right there was a blockage in the shower which was cleared a while ago and the shower drains well now . Sorry to hear about your car but you can get bad drivers everywhere I am afraid. 3

Centre of Estepona Port easy walk to shops & bars. This apartment is located within port of Estepona in an ideal location for visiting supermarkets and bars etc.. Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later.     Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
