This one bedroom apartment is well located on the sea front side on the seventh floor of block 4 of the Puerto Paraiso apartments within easy walking of shops, bars in Estepona Port. The apartment is very large and spacious and boasts a huge modern bathroom with a large shower. The lounge provides Spanish TV and there is air conditioning in the lounge which is operated by a coin box. The bedroom has kingsize 150 cm wide bed and the bathroom is separate. There is a great sea front terrace with a dining table for two people plus two sun beds. The whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer one bed apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. This is a very good quality apartment, which is always popular - bookings made after the 06-04-2016 include Fibre Optic internet and lots of language channels television like English /Dutch / Russian / Danish / Swedish etc.

Centre of Estepona Port easy walk to shops & bars. This apartment is located within port of Estepona in an ideal location for visiting supermarkets and bars etc.. Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
- Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 50€ for up to two weeks. We do not include bedlinen for the cot. We also rent hairdryers and beach towels for 5€ each.
A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals as of 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival.
We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance.
The (AC) electric consumption has a limit of 50€ per week.
Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this service during 2016, however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.
