Large stylish property on banks of River Camel

Luxury property with Hot Tub and small gym, sleeps up to 15.

This luxury property is set in a large landscaped plot overlooking The River Camel, nestled in a protected valley with lush mature woodland all around.. Camelford is just a short drive from some of the best beaches and tourist attractions that North Cornwall has to offer. This property gives a great sense of privacy and a degree of remoteness but with the added benefit of being a very short walk to all the shops, pubs and eateries.

Set in large, landscaped gardens of approximately 1 acre, Reflections is an upside down property, fully wheelchair accessible, with 5 bedrooms and the ability to sleep up to 13 people with a second lounge that can also be converted into a bedroom to sleep a further 2 if required. One of these bedrooms is en-suite and one is equipped with a large waterbed. All of our linen is 100% Egyptian cotton.

The entire first floor of Reflections is wheelchair accessible including an upstairs bedroom as well as the kitchen, dining room, lounge, outdoor terrace and custom built, Doc-M spec'd shower room.

The property is equipped with a large, modern kitchen with high end appliances and coffee machine and dining room as well as 2 bathrooms, a large lounge with log burner and Bang + Olufsen sound system and a large DVD library, a large terrace overlooking The River Camel with ample seating and BBQ and an extended section of the house known as 'The West Wing' which contains a further lounge area and Hot Tub. A small gym, utility area and store for complimentary beach equipment (Wet suits / Body boards / Snorkelling equipment etc.) can be found in an adjacent outbuilding and is free for our guests to use.

We have onsite parking for up to 6 vehicles and we are an environmentally aware property, provide recycling bins for our guests to use and the majority of our electricity is provided by solar power.

Great property. So much character and super facilities

Really enjoyed our stay in reflections, we had all we needed for our disabled family members, young babies, and even the dog. Location and gardens are beautiful and everything was really well maintained. Fantastic balcony with bbq facilities in particular made our stay really enjoyable. The owner was friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended to all and we will definitely be returning.

Great property for large group

This is a brilliant house for a large group. We visited as a group of 3 families with mixed age children. The separate downstairs lounge was perfect as a children's retreat that gave the adults some peace in the evenings! Beautiful garden leading down to the river. Easy walk into Camelford & to The Masons Arms which is the local pub serving fantastic food. The property is very well equipped. The hot tub is a nice touch & great to relax in after a busy day out exploring.

“Couldn't ask for more - beautiful holiday home!”

We stayed here with children and two little dogs. What an amazing find! This home is beautifully kept. Clean and spotless with everything you could ever need ... Nothing has been overlooked. The hot tub has the most amazing view. The grounds are stunning and the home so comfortable. We loved it. Owner very friendly and available with tips and recommendations. The local pub The Masons Arms was serving delicious fresh food and the Take AWay fish and chip shop was delicious too. Pure perfection this little gem! We will be back!

Great house!

A group of 15 old school friends stayed here for a long weekend. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped as the owners have thought of everything. The A-Z Welcome Pack was great and informative. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and surround sound system to play music on in an evening. Bedrooms were huge and the large garden was beautifully kept. There was enough space for us all to sit down at the dining table to eat when we ate in and we used the BBQ on the patio one evening. We visited Tintagel Beach which is close by which is beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble for Tim the Owner, including posting our forgotten belongings. Thank you very much!
