Modern luxury villa situated 500 m from one of the most popular beach areas of Marbella. Possibility to heat the pool has been added. The villa has 5 bedrooms on a big plot of 1300 sqm where you can find both shade and sun. Big play areas for kids. The whole house is fully refurbished and equipped to the highest standard. Private garden including pool, BBQ, large terrace, easy parking for cars on the streets just outside the house.

The villa is situated in Las Chapas, one of the most popular beach areas in Marbella. The beach is easy to access on quiet streets without any crossing of larger roads. The area offers a variety of recommended restaurants within a few minutes walk, several of them on the beach. Restaurant Club 200, Rama and El Rancho are located within 700 m. Famous Nikki Beach and several other restaurants are located within 1.5 km.

About the area:
Marbesa is the beachside area located between Elviria and Cabopino. It is well appreciated for their relaxing atmosphere and their lush green environments. Marbesa is famed for its tidiness and efficient community of owners. The area is very well maintained and the streets going down to the beach have side curbs to walk on and plenty of green bordering it. Cabopino's picturesque marina is easily reached through a nice 15 min stroll on the beach.

Walking towards the Nacional road 340 you will find el Rancho grill, famous for its steaks and mixed grill. The setting is very intimate and the service is friendly. The meat is excellent and el Rancho is a successful recipe for a good evening out.

Next, to all of this, there are smaller restaurants and cafeterias around Marbesa.

Water activities can be enjoyed at nearby Cabopino beach or at the Don Carlos/Nikki beach.

2 supermarkets can be found close to the camping, 5 min walk from the house. Larger ones can be found in Elviria, a few kilometers from the villa. Taxi is easy to get if needed. The Opencor is another supermarket in the area and opens 365 days a year 18 hours a day, 900 m from the house. Further shopping can be done in nearby Elviria.

Marbella town is approximately 10 minutes from the villa, while the popular Puerto Banus resort is about a 15-minute journey.

Great location, run down unlike photos with building work next door
Worn out overall. Most disappointing are the worst beds and bedding I've ever had, small double ikea bed hard as nails with 2 single duvet covers in bed 2 and 2 single beds pushed together with the same strange bedding in bed 1 and no proper pillows. All very odd, not what you expect for a rental of this price and from the photos. Property for 10 people has sofa space for just about 5 people to sit down. Building work next door was intrusive and noisy, not relaxing and an early wake up call. However upside was the nice location.

Beautiful modern villa, very spacious and child friendly
The villa is located in beautiful surroundings with a heated pool and plenty of places to sit, relax, eat & drink! The villa is on one level which was perfect for us with small children. Location was 10 minute walk to the beach, shops & bars. Would definitely recommend this villa!

Wow , what a beautiful villa.
We were collected and welcolmed by Christer from the airport, he drove us to the door and explained the security arrangements, keys etc - what a lovely guy recommended and booked us a restaurant and was on hand if we ever need him. A amazing villa, clean, spacious and very glamourous, it has every thing you need for a group or family, lovely pool and grounds and 5-10 minutes from the beach, supermarket, restaurants. Was walcolmed with lovely fruit and champers and some basic kitchen essentials, towels and bath towels. Probally suited in the off season for the quieter stay but only a taxi ride from the lively areas. We will be going back as it is well worth the reasonable cost for the beautiful place. Thanks for looking after us and letting us relax and celebrate in BoraBora.

Excellent place to stay

Bora Bora 1st week August
We were a party of eight adults, one child aged 7 and two children aged under two. High chairs and cots were all supplied. The villa entrance was via a side gate but you had to walk over crazy paving that was uneven and dangerous in the dark, the outdoor lighting was poor with many of the lights not working especially around the pool, the area around the pool had broken sunbeds, we had enough beds though some are passed there best, there was no parasols also. The pool was cleaned on our first full day at the villa, it was always at a nice temperature for the children. The garden was well kept, but most of it, is on a slope, other patio area has seating but all were in poor condition and were not used. The inside was very clean and spacious, most rooms have air conditioning, we had one issue with a unit but Christer came and fixed same day. Two of the rooms have spa hot tubs, these do not work and two couples were very disappointed, Christer said they have not worked for some time. There was plenty of wardrobe space in the rooms, but no mirrors, the only mirror apart from the bathrooms was in the hallway, so all the ladies had to take turns to dry their hair. We felt very secure in the villa, it is well alarmed with many security Cameras, the alarms were set off one night in error and Christer was on the phone almost immediately to check all was well. The villa is located in a very quiet area and we had no disturbances. To summarise we had a good family holiday at the villa because we did not want to let things that were not right spoil our holiday, but on reflection it is over priced especially as everything was not as advertised, some only small things I know but when you are paying so much you want everything to be perfect.

We are a Swedish family living in Spain since 2018. We bought this villa 2014 and has since refurbished it over the years. We have lived in the house several summers and enjoyed it fully. It has many valuable functions such as heated pool, chilled filtered water straight from the tap and a nice illumination of the garden.

Why they chose this property

It is located very close to the beach in a quiet area. Marbesa (or Las Chapas) is a very nice area with many restaurants in a nice setting (wide streets surrounded with palm trees). Around 500 villas is built in this community and it is relaxed, safe and easy to stroll around on the streets. There is no need to cross any large road in order to access the beach.

What makes this property unique

The house is big built on a big plot. It offers plenty of possibilities to enjoy depending on interest: ballgames, sunbath, reading in the shade, swimming in a large pool and more. The house is well built on one floor. The house offers space for everyone to relax, play or socialise, individually or together, both inside and outside. It has 3 large separate terraces to enjoy, both in the shade and in the sun depending on the time. The villa is located 500 m from the beach.
