Fully Equipped Modern Villa With 5 Bedroom (10 People) Private Pool And WiFi

Modern luxury villa (fully refurbished March 2015) situated 450 m from one of the most popular beach areas of Marbella. Possibility to heat the pool has been added. The villa has 5 bedrooms on a big plot of 1300 sqm where you can find both shade and sun. Big play areas for kids. The whole house is fully refurbished and equipped to the highest standard. Private garden including pool, BBQ, large terrace, easy parking for cars on the streets just outside the house.

The villa is situated in Las Chapas, one of the most popular beach areas in Marbella. The beach is easy to access on quite streets without any crossing of larger roads. The area offers a variety of recommended restaurants within a few minutes walk, several of them on the beach. Restaurant Club 200, Rama and El Rancho are located within 700 m. Famous Nikki Beach and several other restaurants are located within 1.5 km.

About the area:

Marbesa is the beach side area located between Elviria and Cabopino. It is well appreciated for their relaxing atmosphere and their lush green environments. Marbesa is is famed for its tidiness and efficient community of owners. The area is very well maintained and the streets going down to the beach have sidecurbs to walk on and plenty of green bordering it. Cabopino's pitoresque marina is easily reached through a nice 15 min stroll on beach.

Walking towards the Nacional road 340 you will find el Rancho grill, famous for its steaks and mixed grill. The setting is very intimate and the service is friendly. The meat is excellent and el Rancho is a successful recipe for a good evening out.

Next to all of this there are smaller restaurants and cafeterias around Marbesa.

Water activities can be enjoyed at nearby Cabopino beach or at the don Carlos/Nikki beach.

2 supermarkets can be found close to the camping, 5 min walk from the house. Larger ones can be found in Elviria, a few km with car. Taxi is easy to get if needed. The Opencor is another supermarket in the area and opens 365 days a year 18 hours a day, 900 m from the house. Further shopping can be done in nearby Elviria.

Marbella town is approximately 10 minutes from the villa, while the popular Puerto Banus resort is about a 15 minute journey.

Perfect villa and location for one to three families. The villa is totally refurbished during 2015.

About Jerker Hoglund

We are a Swedish family living in Singapore. We bought this villa early 2014 and has since refurbished it. We lived in the house last summer and enjoyed it fully. It has many valuable functions such as heated pool, chilled filtered water straight from the tap and a nice illumination of the garden.

Why Jerker Hoglund chose Marbella area

It is located very close to the beach in a quite area. The house is large with a big plot with plenty of possibilities to enjoy depending on interest, ballgames, sunbath, reading in the shade, swimming in a large pool. The area Marbesa (or Las Chapas) is a very nice area with many restaurants and a nice setting (wide streets surrounded with palm trees).

We have just returned from a fantastic week at bora bora Aug 2016 there were 14 of us

When we arrived we were met at airport by christer and company they were fantastic from that moment until they dropped us back at airport, nothing was too much trouble they gave us lots of information and provided transport when required. The villa was excellent inside and out and suited us all.We were a family of 6 adults and 8 children age range 12 weeks to 17 and we all had fantastic time.We were very comfortable the pool and garden were a great hit with everyone and villa was very well equipped ,we would certainly recommend to others

We stayed at Bora Bora for the last week of March. There were 6 adults & 5 children the youngest being 23 months old. The villa is stunning with all that you require. The grounds are beautiful and were well used, especially on Easter Sunday when we had a great Easter Egg Hunt for the children. The pool was a great hit, it was a little chilly but was well used everyday. Everything we required was in the villa, the kitchen is well equipped, the lounge and dinning area was very comfortable for us all. All the bedrooms are great with lovely comfortable beds, all the bathrooms were fab, the big circular baths were a great hit with the younger children. There are 2 supermarkets 10 minutes walk from the villa and were good. The amazing Rancho's Grill is also a few minutes walk and is definitely worth a visit, the food & service are exceptional. The lovely beach is a short walk. We did not have car and we really didn't need one. We were well and truely looked after by the wonderful Christer, he is AMAZING. We were met at the airport & returned to the airport without any fuss. Nothing is too much trouble, he is very professional, caring, friendly and a FANTASTIC chef. We loved Bora Bora and hope to return soon.

Bora Bora !!!! Excellent Accommodation and Service

The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect setting for a quiet and relaxing break .. Close by to beach front and a lot of local amenities are easy to reach. The service pre-arrival, during the stay and post departure was exceptional..

Don't stay here-waste of £££

We were 2 couples with 2 babies & upon arrival quite excited to get to the villa. We were met upon arrival and all very pleasant but that was as good as it got. The toilet didn't work, light bulbs were missing outside which meant we couldn't see when barbecuing. Told the maintenance guy but he was unable to fix. And then LOADS OF MOSQUITOS so we were bitten to smithereens.

Next morning, awoke to loud building work as the villa opposite had started a massive renovation so we had to leave the property everyday as too noisy.

The swimming pool is also not heated & freezing so our babies couldn't go in there.

All in all, a waste of money & highly overpriced.

Owner's Response: It is very unfortunate our guests were not totally happy with their stay in our villa. We are really focused on making the stay as pleasant as possible for each guest and we have had a lot of happy families and guests so far. We have professional staff in Spain which has been a highly appreciated support to our guests during the last year. Please read other reviews. Below are some comments to the problems our last guest was facing. We addressed all the issues as soon as they came to our attention. Light bulbs outside were changed immediately and the unstable flush button on the guest toilet is changed. The pool is not heated, which is clear from the description on HomeAway, and has never been the case. Reconstruction of a neighbouring villa is unfortunately nothing we can control or know in advance. We are really sorry for it and know it can cause disturbing and annoying noise. The same goes for mosquitoes. Some periods of the year have more mosquitoes. Again, this is difficult to predict and control. We have had many other guests who have stayed in the villa and enjoyed it. We truly believe future guests will have a great stay in the villa. We will continue to deliver the service we have been highly recognised for and do our very best to please our future guests. Again, we feel sad that we did not meet the expectations of our previous guests.

Bora Bora matched all our expectations

The villa was immaculate and provided everything we needed for a family celebration. The location is suberb with a short walk to the beach and some lovely beach restaurants, including the wonderful Nikki Beach. Both the villa and the grounds were incredibly spacious allowing lots of areas to get away from the hussle and bussle of a large gathering. The Manager, Christer, was one of the best I have ever dealt with and did everything he could to make our stay special. Local shops are handy and supermarkets for larger shops very close to the villa. 8 of us stayed at the villa and each one mentioned it was a holiday of a lifetime. I would definitely recommend this villa and will return, Thank you Jerker and Christer.
