Newly revamped Villa Puerto Pollensa

In the residential area of Siller, Villa MAria combines peaceful surroundings with easy access to the stylish coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa. The resort's lovely beach is less than two kilometers away and there are shops, bars and places to eat within walking distance.

The villa has been completely revamped and redecorated this winter bring it to a very nice and high standard. The villa is situeated on a small plot however not overlooked with beautiful views of the mountains. Overlooking the swimming pool is a covered, purpose-built barbecue area.

Bedrooms: 1 double(1.80x 2.00cm); 2 twins (80x 2.00)

Bathrooms: 2 shower rooms, 2 bathrooms.

Layout: Ground Floor: entrance, living/ dining, kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge/ freezer, washing machine), from the entrance hall you access the living room, a shower room which is beside the kitchen.

First Floor: Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room (large walk-in shower), 2 twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom

Amenities: Satellite TV, DVD, CD player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine, A/C in the bedrooms and living room.

Quiet location, Town Cen. within 10 mins walk

Views over local hills and walking tracks to other villages. Town centre near by. Quiet location, main road 200m. Spacious rooms in house. Attractively furnished. Cool interior in Summer. Covered outside dining area if required and out of the wind. Pool was cold, but suppose that depends on previous weather. Highly recommended.

What a location!

I came to Villa Maria with my family and was delighted to find full wifi throughout the house! The villa itself was near the town centre and easy walking distance to the beach. It was also clean and had everything we wanted. Thanks for a great holiday - I will definitely be returning ;)

LUXURIOUS VILLA - PERFECT LOCATION

We are a family with 2 teenagers and enjoyed a wonderful two weeks at Villa Maria over the Easter holidays. The villa was very clean with all mod cons you could ever need and, most importantly to my daughters, had excellent wifi! It is a perfect location being quiet at the villa but only a 10 min walk into the centre of town which has an abundance of excellent restaurants and bars. It is also an ideal base for exploring many nearby local attractions whether by car, cycle or walking. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this beautiful villa and we hope to be back there very soon.

Absolutely gorgeous villa - a fantastic holiday

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Puerto Pollensa. It was set in a tranquil village in walking distance to the town. Lots to do and see, gorgeous weather and an all round brilliant holiday! Would thoroughly recommend.

Great villa in a great location

We have had two fantastic holidays in Mallorca when we stayed at Villa Maria. The villa is of a high standard, very clean, well maintained and has everything that you could possibly want. The beach is within walking distance and so is the supermarket and lots of great restaurants so you don't have to use the car all the time. We did also venture further afield and did some wonderful sightseeing, beautiful walks as well as some great shopping in Palma, highly recommended if you have a passion for shoes! I am currently planning my third trip for 2017. Would highly recommend.

A cyclist's dream !

We returned to Villa Maria again in 2016 after enjoyable stats in 2014 and 2015. The location is perfect for cyclists and walkers of all abilities. Easy access to local towns and the stunning Pollensa bay on well maintained safe cycle routes - mainly flat- provide me with the gentle cycling I love. My husband joins the famous Tolos cyclists and traverses the island with like minded and able locals, ex pats and holiday makers all together. Within 15 minutes you can be climbing up to Lluc and on to sa Collabra and Soller for a more dramatic and challenging adventure. Local walks to Boquer, Cala San Vicenc and along the bay are gentle and I enjoyed the quiet countryside on one hand and the bustling activity of the Port , watching the boats, enjoying a Cafe con leche and the glorious autumn sun.

VillaMaria has everything we need - space, cleanliness, tastefully decorated, plenty of bathrooms, comfy beds, well equipped inside and out . You can't beat sitting on the balcony with a G and T watching the sun dip behind the mountains! I needed to work remotely for several days - no issues with Wifi - planning to return in 2017.

The Port de Pollensa, which is located on the Bay of Pollensa in the north east of Mallorca, is the tourist resort chosen by the majority of tourists who opt to spend their holidays in a hotel or apartment within the region of Pollensa.

It is built along the coast, with a promenade for pedestrians next to the beach, which is where most of the bars, cafés and restaurants are located. It is not one of the island´s larger resorts and the hotels and apartments here are low-rise buildings.

The resort has all the services needed to enjoy a holiday by the sea in a cosmopolitan and exclusive environment with unique surroundings and is a gathering point for people from different parts of Europe.

The marina at Port de Pollensa attracts a great number of pleasure craft and it is the departure point for the boats which run trips along the coast to the peninsula of Formentor, which is one of the most beautiful and popular spots on Mallorca.

The town of Port de Pollensa, which locals refer to as Moll, began to grow up at the end of the 19th century, when the first seafaring families settled here. Fishing and the start of tourism promoted the initial development of the town, bringing about the construction of the first hotels on the seafront and the summer homes of wealthy families. These buildings, which are separated from the sea by a promenade, provide one of Port de Pollensa´s most distinctive scenes, with pines and tamarisks seemingly rising out of the sea.
