In the residential area of Siller, Villa MAria combines peaceful surroundings with easy access to the stylish coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa. The resort's lovely beach is less than two kilometers away and there are shops, bars and places to eat within walking distance.

The villa has been completely revamped and redecorated this winter bring it to a very nice and high standard. The villa is situeated on a small plot however not overlooked with beautiful views of the mountains. Overlooking the swimming pool is a covered, purpose-built barbecue area.

Bathrooms: 2 shower rooms, 2 bathrooms.

we stayed for 10 days in late june 2017 ,the whole family with ages ranging from 4yrs to 64 totally enjoyed our stay and all are in agreement that we would love to return.The standard of the villa is second to none,we could not fault any of the amenities and was spotlessly clean,the location was ideal for going to the bars and restaraunts and the supermarket.pool and patio areas ideal for sunny days and plenty of shaded areas.

Beautiful well equipped villa in great location.

A lovely villa in a great location

Our family had a wonderful two week holiday in Villa Maria, and would love to return. The villa is in a quieter part of Puerto Pollensa, but is only a 5-10 minute walk to a large supermarket, and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach/ seafront. The villa faces the mountains, and we loved to have breakfast on the balcony looking out at the view. We were blessed with good weather and our teenage sons made good use of the swimming pool and the table tennis table. The villa was clean, tidy and well equipped, and we found the beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the water filter system to the fridge and ice maker is a huge bonus so we didn't have to buy bottled water. Cleaners came to the property three times during our stay, and the pool was also cleaned and maintained. There is plenty of outdoor furniture, both to eat outside if you wish, and to sunbathe, and a shaded area too if you want to keep out of the sun. The booking process with Patricia went smoothly and a welcome pack with wine, bread, fruit etc awaited us on arrival. Patricia visited us the morning after we arrived, and explained a few details about the villa, and recommended places to go, and eat. We would definitely recommend a drive to Cap de Formantor, for stunning views, and a boat trip on yacht 'Tina' for a relaxing afternoon. Our favourite restaurant was Tolos on the sea front, although there are so many to choose from, we only sampled a few. If there was a tiny downside, the wifi was, at times, slow, which apparently is usually the case in July and August on the island, due to the huge increase in the number of users/ visitors. Nevertheless, all in all, we had a brilliant holiday in a great villa and location, which I'd definitely recommend.

Great villa, great location

We found the villa to be in a perfect location - an easy 15 minute amble to the beach and restaurants (maybe less) but nice and peaceful during the day and night. The villa was very clean, well maintained and everything that you could possibly need was at the villa. Great holiday, cant fault a thing, loved it.

Fantastic location ,immaculate interior.

The location of the villa is ideal. It is within a quiet street with impressive views of the mountains yet one can easily walk into town and to the beach. The Port has several restaurants catering for couples, families and those who want somewhere off the beaten track. The highlights of the villa for us was the pool, grand hall and spacious family kitchen with large farmhouse table. There is also an "inside/outside" dining area. We will return!!

Quiet location, Town Cen. within 10 mins walk

Views over local hills and walking tracks to other villages. Town centre near by. Quiet location, main road 200m. Spacious rooms in house. Attractively furnished. Cool interior in Summer. Covered outside dining area if required and out of the wind. Pool was cold, but suppose that depends on previous weather. Highly recommended.

The Port de Pollensa, which is located on the Bay of Pollensa in the north east of Mallorca, is the tourist resort chosen by the majority of tourists who opt to spend their holidays in a hotel or apartment within the region of Pollensa.

It is built along the coast, with a promenade for pedestrians next to the beach, which is where most of the bars, cafés and restaurants are located. It is not one of the island´s larger resorts and the hotels and apartments here are low-rise buildings.

The resort has all the services needed to enjoy a holiday by the sea in a cosmopolitan and exclusive environment with unique surroundings and is a gathering point for people from different parts of Europe.

The marina at Port de Pollensa attracts a great number of pleasure craft and it is the departure point for the boats which run trips along the coast to the peninsula of Formentor, which is one of the most beautiful and popular spots on Mallorca.

The town of Port de Pollensa, which locals refer to as Moll, began to grow up at the end of the 19th century, when the first seafaring families settled here. Fishing and the start of tourism promoted the initial development of the town, bringing about the construction of the first hotels on the seafront and the summer homes of wealthy families. These buildings, which are separated from the sea by a promenade, provide one of Port de Pollensa´s most distinctive scenes, with pines and tamarisks seemingly rising out of the sea.
