A three bedroom, three bathroom apartment,with large living area

This very spacious, newly refurbished three bedroom, three bathroom apartment is located on rue Mace, just three minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals. It is located in a modern purpose built apartment block with an impressive entrance hall. It is on the third floor with both lift and stair access.

The open plan living area is very spacious with three separate areas. An area for relaxing with two large comfy sofas, coffee table and flat screen TV. There is a dining area with seating for eight guests and a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven and large fridge freezer and there is a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a guest WC.

There are three bedrooms which all have built in wardrobes and modern en suite shower rooms. One bedroom has a double bed, whilst the other two bedrooms can be set up as either a double or twin rooms .

This apartment with its proximity to the Palais is perfect for business meetings and entertaining.

Superb aparment to stay in Nice

We had a lovely time at the property which is over 100 sq meters in size. The property has been recently refurbished and the managing company zzz was very prompt and helpful with any questions we had. The property is right in the centre near all the shops, bars, restaurants, car hire as well as train station. Not to forget, you can see the sea from the living room which is only 200 meters away. I am planning to go to Cannes again and if available, will book this lovely property again. Once again, many thanks for everything .
