This superb, centrally located second floor apartment is just off Trafalgar Street in the vibrant North Laines area of Brighton. A spacious two bedroom apartment, it can sleep up to six guests and is a perfect base for friends going out, family holidays or business trips.

Trafalgar House Apartment Two is in the heart of the North Laines area of Brighton. You couldn’t be closer to the main train station which is literally a five minute walk from the apartment. When you come out of the station and turn right, one of the first things you’ll see on the side of the first pub is the famous “Kissing Policemen” by Banksy. The apartment is situated on the second floor of Trafalgar House, at the end of a dead end road on the right hand side.

The apartment is perfect for holidaymakers or the business community alike. The central location makes it very popular for small groups of friends who want to be close to all the cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife or, equally as good, a base for business. With American Express not far away and the various conference centers found locally, it proves to be a very popular apartment.

DÉCOR & ROOMS

There is a bright and airy master bedroom and second bedroom, both with wardrobes. Both beds are zip and link so can be made into doubles or singles. There is also a pull-down double bed in the living room.

The living room has seating for six, as does the breakfast bar.

There is one bathroom which provides a bath with shower, WC and washbasin.

Trafalgar Apartment Two is in the ideal apartment to explore Brighton for a holiday, or to stay for work purpose, the apartment also benefits from Virgin television and unlimited wifi. We also supply linen and towels for your stay.

AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY

There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.

You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

A very enjoyable stay

We spent three days at Trafalgar Court and enjoyed it very much. The apartment

is very clean and comfortable, well located near the Lanes area. I have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends.

Convenient and comfy

6 of us stayed here for my dad's birthday weekend, it was a convenient location and good cooking facilities which meant we were able to cater for ourselves. Only downside if you are staying over a weekend and sleeping on the pull out bed in the living room, it's pretty noisy from the pub next door. Other than that had a lovely time in Brighton and certainly would visit again.

Great location

Spent 2 weeks at this apartment in January 2017. The accommodation really wants for nothing and we were very impressed. Located very centrally for all amenities, the apatment is warm and well equipped.

An additional cleaning charge per booking will be incurred. Prices are 'From' and based on a 2 night minimum stay. Check in is between 3pm - 6pm and check out is 11am. There may be a premium for certain dates, these include: Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Years Eve, Festivals, Half Terms, Brighton Marathon etc. Please enquire to the cost prior to booking.
Security Deposit - Even though you won't be paying a security deposit via this site you are required as part of our terms and conditions to make a security deposit. The cost would be £350 and is taken on a credit card as a pre authorisation. The funds are held by your own card issuer until after the stay. If there are any damages we will discuss them with you first.
