This superb, centrally located first floor apartment is just off Trafalgar Street in the vibrant North Laines area of Brighton. A spacious two bedroom apartment, it can sleep up to six guests and is a perfect base for friends going out, family holidays or business trips.

Trafalgar House Apartment One is in the heart of the North Laines area of Brighton. You couldn’t be closer to the main train station which is literally a five minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is situated on the first floor of Trafalgar House, at the end of a dead end road on the right hand side.

The apartment is perfect for holidaymakers or the business community alike. The central location makes it very popular for small groups of friends who want to be close to all the cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife or, equally as good, a base for business. With American Express not far away and the various conference centres found locally, it proves to be a very popular apartment.


There is a bright and airy master bedroom and second bedroom, both with wardrobes. Both beds are zip and link so can be made into doubles or singles. There is also a pull-down double bed in the hall.

The living room has seating for six, as does the breakfast bar.

There is one bathroom which provides a bath with shower, WC and washbasin.

Trafalgar Apartment One is in the ideal apartment to explore Brighton for a holiday, or to stay for work purpose, the apartment also benefits from Virgin television and unlimited wifi. We also supply linen and towels for your stay.


There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.

You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

Pretty awesome!

I went down to Brighton with a group of friends and we had a great time! The house is really nice and comfortable and place is really close to the pier with easy access to nice pubs and cafe - highly recommend it! Renny, the property manager was very accommodating - my friend left his watch in the house and Renny went out of his way to help us find it

The Trafalgar Apartments are a 5 minute walk from Brighton mainline train station. This not only has easy access to London Gatwick Airport but central London as well. You can pop up to see a show or go to one of the many famous theatres with blockbuster shows that are renowned around the world. London has to be one of the major cities in the world and Brighton is just an hour away.

The North Laines is a bohemian kind of area with great local shops, cafes, restaurants and is a short walk to the famous pavilion and not much further to the Victorian pier and beach. A 10 minute walk will take you to the Churchill Square area where you'll find the shopping mall and plenty of other shops eateries.

Whether you are coming to visit family and friends or working or just generally coming to celebrate, Brighton has all to offer and with some quirky locals you'll never be bored by sitting having a drink and watching the world go by.

The marina caters for all ages, has plenty of restaurants but also a casino and bowlplex. There's a multi-screen cinema and a floating Chinese restaurant that's a must.

Central Brighton is vibrant and the nightlife has always brought people from near and far.

With many festival like Pride and Shakedown to the cultural side and the Brighton Fringe festival, we are positive that you'll have a great time.

For kids there is the SeaLife Centre and lots to do on the seafront. A playground with a shallow pool or if you feel more adventurous go to the Hove lagoon where you will be able to learn Paddle Boarding, Wind Surfing, Laser yachts or there are three zip wires for the wakeboarder in you. Starting from the small zip with an easy route to others that have some big jumps. Watch out for the local swan. Next to the lagoon there is also a skate park with the Beach Boutique Cafe owned by Fatboy Slim and Zoe Ball.

Out of Brighton you can find the beautiful south downs. Great for taking the dog for a walk and the amazing and breath taking 'Devils Dyke' or you could walk or cycle to your hearts content. Great views of the sea and dotted with small villages and great pubs.

Weekends will be classed as Friday/Saturday and Saturday /Sunday both will be charged as a weekend rate. If you require a one night stay there may be a supplement, please contact the us to enquire cost. Pets may be considered, please call with details of the pet(s). An additional cleaning charge per booking will be incurred. Prices are 'From' and based on a 2 night minimum stay. Check in is between 3pm - 6pm and check out is 11am. Early and late check outs are possible, please ask. There may be a premium for certain dates, these include: Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Years Eve, Festivals, Half Terms, Brighton Marathon etc. Please enquire to the cost prior to booking.
Security Deposit - Even though you won't be paying a security deposit via this site you are required as part of our terms and conditions to make a security deposit. The cost would be £350 and is taken on a credit card as a pre authorisation. The funds are held by your own card issuer until after the stay. If there are any damages we will discuss them with you first.
