Cozy, well appointed and perfect

We had a wonderful stay in London. Home was 2 trains stops from central London, in quiet neighborhood with grocery store and many wonderful restaurants. The welcome food ( fruit, eggs, bread and milk) was such a blessing after a long flight . Clean, cozy and exactly what we needed. Thank you!

Super flat for family getaway!

Enjoyed the quiet street after a busy trek around town. Close to nice restaurants and shops and tube. We used buses to see the sights in Camden and British museum.

Lots of space and comfy beds! Welcome fruit bowl was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely visit again.

Well located with easy axis to the tube station at Archway, allowing direct access to Camden and London.

Good place for a small family, safe neighborhood. Fantastic Indian restaurant, the Citara, and grocery stores about one block away!

The was a wonderful house!! So close to the tube which we took every day into town. The kitchen had everything we needed and grocery store is right around the corner. Clean and comfortable! The owner was a pleasure to deal with and always responded to questions quickly. Thank you for a great stay!

PARKING

Parking in London, like in all cities, can be a nightmare. However, we are lucky! There is plenty of parking available right outside our house both Metered and via Permits. There is also some free parking along nearby residential streets.

St Gabriel's Church Carpark is just 130m away

£5 per day - Pay direct upon arrival (post the money in an envelop through their office door with your car and contact details if a Priest or admin office is not available)

Or £10.50 per day to pre-book via JustPark website

Permission to Park Permits can be purchased very simply on line, direct from London Borough of Islington Council. This is ideal for our staying guests as well as contractors.

BOOKING SECURITY
To protect all parties against fraud we require Photo ID (eg copy of Passport, or Driving Licence) for each guest, together with a copy of the Payment Card you have used to make your booking. Only the last 5 numbers of the long number on your card need to be visible.

SECURITY/DAMAGES DEPOSIT
(FULLY REFUNDABLE AT THE END OF YOUR STAY)
The Security Deposit of £300 is required together with your personal documents to secure your booking. This Deposit may be used to cover any banking fees applied to your payments, resulting in nett receipts being less than Invoiced, the reasonable additional cleaning and/or replacement of the property, furnishings, fixtures & fittings. Security Deposits are usually refunded within 14 days after return of keys, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATIONS
Standard Cancellation Service fee is applicable if you cancel after confirming your booking and up to 60 days, before your stay. This may be equivalent to 30% of the agreed rent for the period, or £150; whichever is greater.

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
