3 Bedroom cottage with a multi-level terraced garden.

Downstairs:

The entrance to Dorothy's Cottage, Little Barringtons leads you into the reception/dining room, as you walk in, the first thing you notice is the wonderful cottage feel created by the exposed beams and stone work. This room is made delightfully cosy with a wood burner, to keep warm in those chilly winter months. The room features a window seat and is wonderfully light. There is also a moderate amount of storage provided by the under-stairs storage cupboard.

The living room is a lovely space with French doors opening onto the terraced garden allowing for plenty of light and an airy atmosphere. Again the room features exposed beams and stone work around a delightful fireplace with wood burning stove. There is also a charming window seat, typically enhancing the old cottage atmosphere created throughout the house.

The kitchen is a lovely space with lots of light due to sky lights in the ceiling, with access and views to the garden. The kitchen features wooden cupboards, stone flooring, tiled walls, a large sink, an oven, a dishwasher hotpoint, a hidden fridge, washing machine and lots of storage space.

Upstairs:

A lovely wooden staircase leads from the reception room up to the second floor containing three bedrooms and a family bathroom. All the rooms are light and have views overlooking the quaint village.

The family bathroom is carpeted and features a shower/bath with glass panel, a sink and large cabinet with mirror and has views out over the terraced garden.

Grounds:

The garden is a unique and enchanting place with an abundance of stone slates creating a multi-level terraced garden. There is enough space on one of the levels to have a BBQ area with table and chairs to enjoy those so loved summer months out in the garden.
