Overlooking an enclosed terrace with trees, the apaertment is sunny south facing, giving a very central yet quiet and light aspect. 20 meters from the main shopping area and restaurants, and only 50 m to the beach. It is very central, newly furnished 70 m2 with a lift to the 1st floor. A fully equipt kitchen with fridge, microwave, cooker, hob, and washing machine. We have made a versatile sleeping combination with two double rooms, one twin and one single room. It has a terrace with chairs and small table to enjoy sundowners, with doors leading from the lounge and two of the four bedrooms. Under plaza Espana (20 meters away) is a safe underground parking facility. The station and bus stop are only 300 meter walk away.

About the Owner

My husband and I have lived in Sitges for the last 18 years and just love the area. Our children have growen up here, and we have loved the safe family atmosphere that Sitges has offered us over the years. Originally from South Africa, and have lived in Italy, Wales and England, Sitges is now home to us. 10 years ago we bought our first rental property, which we personally manage. We love the summer season and welcoming all nationalities to Sitges, and our second home. This is now our second rental property and hope to have as much fun renting it and welcoming all different nationalities to what has now become our addpoted town.

We stayed here for the carnaval weekend and it was a brillinat apartment choice. Well situated in the centre of town but because of it facing an enclosed garden, we slept well at night and were not disturbed by the party going on in town. Everything was new and clean, and we would really recommend staying here.

Central, but quiet location

2 adults and 3 older teens stayed here for 5 nights over Festa Major - perfect location to join in the fun but out of the way enough to be quiet at night. So the best of both worlds. Also, with four bedrooms, the apartment allowed our kids to have a (smallish) room each! Owner very helpful with allowing us early access as we got an early flight into BCN and also with late departure. Everything that you might need is here although we only really slept and ate breakfast in the apartment - the rest of the time we were out enjoying wonderful Sitges!

Excellent apartment - very comfortable and central to everything...

Stayed for 1 week towards end of April 2016. 4 adults and 2 children. Accommodation was clean, tidy and more than adequate for our needs. Internet worked fine and was used by all. Good central location was convenient for stores, restaurants and beach/promenade.

Diane was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our journey to and stay in Sitges.

We will be back!

The first best thing about this appartement is the owner Diane!!!! Very friendly and reliable, she was very quick to answer our questions and the online reservation was quick. For the appartement and the location that was also PERFECT. Very clean and beautiful. The appartement is huge!! and very nice kitchen. I would go back to this appartement and Sitges in a heart beat!!! Tx alot Diane for my short stay!!!! You will see me soon!

Perfekte Lage, hervorragende Küche und viel Wohnraum.

Wir haben zu 5 gewohnt und dafür war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten mit einem hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche. Diane war sehr freundlich und hilfreich- Übernahme und Abgabe der Wohnung liefen problemlos.

Man wohnt mitten in der Stadt, 5 gehminuten bis zum Haupt Supermarkt und bis zum Strand. Für einen glücklichen Aufenthalt in Sitges könnte die Wohnung nicht besser geeignet sein. Well recommended!

Location

From the Owner

We chose this property because of its location and sunny aspect. When you walk in you will understand why we chose it. Even though it is in the centre of town, the unique enclosed courtyard with trees makes it a peaceful haven in the middle of a busy little town. It has every possible convenience close by, and a gentle walk will get you anywhere. In fact, I have told my kids that one day I plan to retire to this apartment - I just love it!

Sitges is a beautiful traditional Spanish beach town, within easy reach of Barcelona with is museums or Salou and Port Aventura. It has a wide choice of bars and restaurants and in 20 minutes you can be in the Penedes wine and cava región. We are surrounded by the Garraf natural park for walking and cycling. It is really an ideal place for a beach family holiday, with safe beaches and life guards, but with the option of close tourist attractions. The airport is a short direct bus ride away, and the train station serves Barcelona well.

The fact that you can abandon your car, and just sit on the beach, wonder out to the promanade for a tapa, or nip downstairs for a beer, it makes for the most relaxing holiday destination posible. The kilometers of beaches, beach bars and sun loungers makes a very relaxing beach holiday, but you always have the easy access to Barcelona by train or a day out in Port Aventura for those with young kids or the young at heart!
