Had great stay in this apartment. It is a in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance and for shopping, Passieg de Gracia is only 3 blocks away. The apartment itself is exactly as it appears in the photos. Generally it is well equipped and up to a high standard. The WiFi was the only thing that let the apartment down as you can only connect to it in the dining room & kitchen. Overall, a great apartment & would definitely stay there again.

Spacious apartment in a prime location

The apartment is spacious compared to similar ones at equivalent rental prices and benefits from having a separate lounge and dining area -bedrooms are roomy too with lots of storage space throughout the apartment. It`s in a great location being away from the more commercialised parts of the city but in a lovely and lively residential area with lots of different restaurants and tapas bars within walking distance and very convenient for the metro and the FCR. On the negative side the representative who met us at the property rushed through his introductory talk about the property in a very perfunctory manner and didn`t seem too interested when we mentioned that there was a broken glass pane in the kitchen door . We reported this by email as well but ,despite promises , it was never repaired during our stay. I`d say as well it`s not the best equipped place we`ve stayed in eg only 3 wine glasses but we survived ! It`s a nice apartment in a great location in a fabulous city but I don`t think we`d pick this particular apartment if we return in the future.

Great Neighborhood

The apartment was just as it was in the pictures. It was lovely! We were four women there on a girl trip and it was a prefect size. It was very clean and comfortable. The manager who met us was great and very helpful. We spent our mornings and evenings on the beautiful balcony. Very nice neighborhood, safe and quite. Easy to get to the metro and walk to sites, cafes, markets.

Would recommend this apartment to small group or families. Had a wonderful time in Barcelona and in our cute little apartment!

gute Lage und Alternative zum Hotel, unkomplizierter Service

Appartement im 1.Stock eines alten Mehrfamilienhauses, gute Lage, fußläufig zu vielen Kneipen, Restaurants und Geschäften; Rambla und Metro.

Die Räume waren zu den Nachbarn etwas hellhörig und zur Straße hin laut. Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht, aber auch nicht mehr, z.B. kein Handtuch in Reserve, kein Küchenhandtuch. Beleuchtung, vor allem im Wohnzimmer ist spartanisch und eher ungemütlich.

Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts gab es einige kleine Mängel, welche nicht behoben waren; aber den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigten. Alles in allem ist eine Renovierung an manchen Stellen notwendig. Es gibt keine Zentralheizung; geheizt wird über die Klimaanlage.

Fazit: für eine Woche Aufenthalt, vor allem hauptsächlich in den Morgen-, Abend- und Nachtstunden (weil man tagsüber viel unterwegs ist) ist es eine gute unkomplizierte Alternative zum Hotel.

Wir waren Anfang November dort und hatten sehr gutes Wetter.

This beautiful apartment has an amazing location: Located on Enric Granados street, border between left and right of Eixample area, a neighbourhood known for its architecture, exclusive boutiques, restaurants and cafes. Just two blocks from Rambla de Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, and la Diagonal.

During the day the area has a lot of activity; people, offices, shops. By night it is a calm place. Eixample offers an impressive list of main sights. It all starts with Gaudi's Sagrada Familia, perhaps the most striking architectural feature of Barcelona. Mysterious for its own history, inconclusive and oriented to be endless.
