About this property

The house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two beds), two bathrooms (one with a washing machine), a living room with a futon sofa bed and a kitchen. It is also surrounded by a large outdoor patio equipped with a table, benches with cushions and sun loungers. It has a garden of about 1000 meters, with barbecue and outdoor shower. Very quiet and windy, the ideal place to rest after a day at the beach. In addition to the television and the system to listen to music, it is equipped with a wide range of books, especially yellow. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also available are mats for the beach, fridge bag with synthetic ice and a beach umbrella, as well as buckets and games for the little ones. On request (and free) available a Chicco camping cot with mattress and pillow not supplied (but higher and more comfortable) and mosquito net. The house also has two large floor fans

Bella villa in un'isola bellissima.

Residenza comoda e funzionale per godere l'isola. Gli arredi e gli ornamenti in stile marinaro ricordano in ogni momento il luogo in cui ci trova. La proprietaria e la persona che si incontra localmente sono gentilissimi, super disponibili e generosi nel fornire consigli. La casa è fuori dall'abitato un po' convulso ed è perciò consigliato avere un'auto che diventa indispensabile per scoprire le bellezze dell'isola,

splendido soggiorno

la villa di Elvira è veramente molto comoda, bella ed accogliente. Arredata con gusto, è molto di più di una casa vacanze, in quanto ha una sua personalità che la rende particolare e mette a proprio agio. La proprietaria ci ha assistiti costantemente, dandoci tutti i suggerimenti per sfruttare al meglio la vacanza da subito: ci è venuta a prendere all'aeroporto e ci ha riaccompagnati; ci ha fatto fare il giro iniziale dell'isola e, insomma, ci ha trattati come se fossimo ospiti di un Grand Hotel. Siamo tutti soddisfattissimi. la casa è spaziosa ed il patio favoloso per goderci il bel giardino. Vicino alla casa ci sono bellissime spiagge raggiungibili a piedi. Speriamo di tornarci presto.

L’isola nell’isola

Casa molto curata e accessoriata. Il patio offre la possibilità di fare rilassanti colazioni e dal solarium di può godere della vista dell’alba in direzione faro e delle stellate la notte. Anche il giardino è curato con passione. Vicinissima alle calette secondo me più belle dal punto di vista della fauna marina: mar morti 1 e 2. Sig.ra Elvira sempre disponile a dare suggerimenti per rendere indimenticabile la vacanza. Spero di tornarci!
