Waterfront Holiday Detached Villa, recent construction, with breathtaking views in an exclusive, very quiet location, no tram nor traffic noise. Villa has 5 bedrooms, to sleep up to 12, all with built in wardrobes, with almost private sandy beach at 2 minutes walk and the best sandy beach from El Campello, that has summer lifeguard, at only 10 minutes walk. Property in absolutely unique location, very quiet area, to hear only the sound of the sea waves. If you don’t want to use your vehicle, there is a bus stop at 2 minutes walk and a tram station at 20 minutes walk, the tram connects Alicante to Denia and stops also in Benidorm and takes you directly to the covered market in Alicante. Very easy and comfortable to reach location, to access the motorway it takes 5 min. drive, Benidorm is 15 min., to the center of Alicante it takes 20 min., Bonalba golf area 20 min., Alicante airport 30 min., Valencia airport 90 min.

On ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one double , one with three beds) , one bathroom and a living room. On first floor there is a large living dining room, large kitchen, laundry room and toilet. Second floor has 3 double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), and a common bathroom.

What makes this villa unique

Magnificent unique and quiet location with breathtaking views of the sea, with 2 best sandy beaches nearby, one at only 2 minutes walk, the other at 10 minutes walk. You may enjoy also Benidorm attractions with water parks, zoo parks, roller coster parks, safari aitana nearby, etc. So a lot of fun nearby but at the end of the day a very quiet and cosy location to enjoy.

Superb views - peaceful location

The property went beyond our expectations. Spacious, well laid out, comfortable and well equipped, with everything working. The infinity pool was clean and the continuous swimming jet was amazing. Views from the pool, the first level platform and the roof top were stunning throughout the day and at night.

The cleanliness of the property was excellent and the welcome package was gratefully received on our first day.

The management were easily contactable and very helpful. When we reported a strange noise in the air con, even though it was still working, someone was out to repair it the same day. Excellent service.

Contact with the owner from start to finish was reliable and friendly.

I cannot recommend this property highly enough and you could certainly look forward to a fabulous holiday at the Waterfront without doubt.

Wonderful villa in a perfect location

We had a great holiday in this wonderful and very comfortable villa, we really enjoyed the stay. It was as if we were at home but even nicer. The location is perfect, views are amazing, looks like you are in paradise, we just couldn't ask for more. We will come back one day for sure!

Fabulous Villa!

This is a new, modern and luxury villa in a dream location, we couldn't ask for more. The villa is one of the most functional house we ever lived and it's decorated with very good taste. Quality of accommodation is outstanding with very comfortable beds and the south orientation with the pool area and several terraces and the garden make living outside a delight. The views are amazing having an unobstructed sea view to all the coast down to Alicante. The two sandy beaches nearby are one of the best we ever experienced and both at a short walking distance. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and definitely we'll come back!
