About this property

Large villa with amazing sea views from the living area and pool area. The villa is approximately a 5 minute drive from El Portet beach and the beautiful town of Moraira. The villa has 5 bedrooms two of which are family rooms sleeping 3 in each. The others are 2 twins and 1 double master with ensuite. There are a further 4 bathrooms plus WC. The private pool is accessed via a gate which also leads to a large private terrace, including a BBQ area, outdoor dining and lounge area. Please note the villa has a lot of steps so not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Lovely villa with fantastic views

I stayed here with my family there were 9 of us in total and we had a great time. The villa was very clean and well equipped. It was great that most rooms were en-suite so we had our privacy. The villa whilst in a complex was very private and quiet with the most fantastic views. Close enough to the main centre and cheap taxis around 9-10 euros to/from the villa. My only negative comment is that it is not a place to stay if you have mobility problems or very young children as there is a very steep approach to the villa and lots of steps in and outside of the villa. I would definately return here. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Amazing veiws

Had a fantastic stay in the most beautiful setting . Villa had everything we needed and surpassed our expectations. Definitely needed a car as town was too far to walk home from after having a few drinks and taxis were few and far between . But would definitely recommend and return 100% . Would of liked a little more communication from owner beforehand as i had paid in full and only had an address but no further info so a huge relief when the pleasant John met us there on day 1 to explain all . Maybe welcome pack via email after paying final balance would put minds to rest . Anyhow , a fab time was had by all and villa was fantastic with the pool area being a huge hit . Thanks guys

Family holiday

The villa had all we needed for a family holiday with great views , the pool area was ideal and where we spent a majority of our time , the town is beautiful with some great places to eat, Nadine was very helpful and communication was good, there are a lot of stairs within the villa and you need to be able bodied as some of it is quite steep , a car is essential because of the location , the town is not far but to far for walking and the roads are quite steep

Lovely views and very nice owners

The property is in a lovely location with great sea and mountain views. The villa had everything we needed including a lot of space and very comfortable. We could not have asked for more everything was as described.

Amazing views, Amazing place

What a place. Fabtastic bed and breakfast in the hills near Moraira yet within walking distance of bars, restaurants, beaches etc. Had the room with the balcony which is the best room in the house, 4 rooms en suite with a fridge and microwave for guests use. Owners were friendly and would do anything for you, treated like part of the house. On the top terrace is the pool and sunbeds overlooking views of pine forests and the sea. Continental breakfast is served here in the morning. Rooms were clean and fresh with everything you could need to hand, bathrooms large with plenty of hot water, there are even a fridge filled with beer, wine, pop and champagne for you to enjoy with an honesty box at reasonable prices for guests. I have to say i could nt fault this place and would definately return again in the near future.

Hello, I am Nadine we came across Moraira 18 years ago and instantly fell in love with the place, but unfortunately at the time we could not afford to buy a property in Moraira. 10 years later we purchased casatranquility a run down but very large villa from then we spent the next 5 years renovating the property to what it is today.

We chose casatranquility due to the stunning sea and mountain views and size of the property from there we knew this was the ideal location to build our future.

The property is very large and private so you are guaranteed a peaceful holiday without the neighbours overlooking you at the property or pool. There are several terraces combined with indoor and outdoor space.
