Stylish, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse apartment in central Puerto Pollensa

A recently refurbished, stylish 3-bedroom, top floor, duplex apartment in Puerto Pollensa. Close to the heart of the beautiful resort, just 300 metres from the sea, with restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is finished in a clean, modern design, and is perfectly located for endless days on the beach, and evenings meandering along the pine walk, or in the bars and restaurants of the main square. Everything Puerto Pollensa has to offer is within easy walking distance, perfect if you prefer not to drive on holiday.

Stairs lead to the third floor apartment, which is the only apartment on this level, and the front door opens into the spacious, open-plan, living-dining room. There's lots of natural light in this area thanks to large, full-length windows, and also the master bedroom, which overlooks the living area, also has plenty of windows offering lots of light. There's comfortable seating, a TV and DVD player in the living half of the room, and a dining table and chairs at the other end, which is next to the kitchen.

The kitchen includes all the modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and just off the kitchen is a utility area with washing machine, and space to dry clothes, as it's actually a covered outdoor area.

There are two bedrooms on this floor, a double and a twin, and these bedrooms both share the house bathroom, which contains a bath and over-shower.

A spiral-staircase, leads up to the master double bedroom, which has high level windows to all sides, offering plenty of natural light, in this bright bedroom. This bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. There's also a door leading from this bedroom to a spiral staircase which accesses the roof terrace. The roof terrace is a small area where it's possible to sunbathe, or dine al-fresco, and the views from here are superb. The spiral staircase access to the roof terrace is enclosed, but we do not recommend that young children, or people with walking difficulties attempt to gain access - especially unsupervised.

Everything you need for a holiday by the beach is on your doorstep, but, if you would like to travel to Pollensa Old Town, there's a regular bus link, and a taxi rank nearby. At 5.5km, it's also a nice route if you like to cycle.

The nearest supermarket is straight opposite the main entrance to the building, there's a bank with ATM also opposite the building, and there are some wonderful little pastry shops within a short stroll. The beach, pine walk and marina are all approximately 300m away, so just a few minutes walk.

Due to the apartment being on the third floor and accessed by stairs, it is really more suited to groups of adults, couples, or families with older children than young families, or parties with elderly guests or those with walking difficulties.

The apartment offers a well kept, stylish and modern base for a holiday in the heart of Puerto Pollensa, and is very competitively priced for its location.

Great pad Great Location

Excellent facilities and in a great location. Very comfortable and short of nothing. Local square and the stunning Pine Walk just a few minutes walk away. Terrace gives great views and would highly recommend trip in to the old town.

Perfect off season stay in Puerto Pollensa

I was looking for a relaxing week without having to drive and this apartment offered the perfect solution . It is located right in the main street , and even in late Feb we found quite a number of nice places to eat within a short walk . The apartment had everything needed for an off season break and although we chose to eat out every night but one , we could have easily self catered , with fridge freezer , oven hob , microwave etc , everything you needed , including a useful laundry area . Although we were lucky with the weather , i could only imagine how nice the roof terrace would be in summer , particularly in the evenings . I did find the TV to be a bit hit and miss , but you dont go on holiday to watch TV i suppose ! All in all , for the price we paid the apartment was everything it could have been ....Thanks

Great place in Puerto Pollensa, easy to book.

My wife and I have stayed in this area lots of times over the years and this is right in the centre of town perfect for everything.

I'll start with the good stuff, easy to book just like villa parade use to be which is what drew me to it to be honest, great communication for Stuart didnt need to keep asking questions which was brilliant. There are 3 supermarkets within a stones throw but the hipper centro down the road (30 metres) is all you need to get by. There is a cycle hire across the road and top class road bike hire opposite the hipper market so if you like cycling all your needs are here. You can get to all restaurants with no problem at all.

Down side it can be noisy if you come from the country side like us as its on a set of traffic lights but to be honest acouple of days in and you don't notice it. Could do with a little more kitchen equipment like a jug and more pots and pans but who does a lot of cooking on holiday, large families may need them.

But the roof terrace has great views and great for sunbathing.

Would use this apartment again for sure as it's easy as holidays should be from start to finish thanks Stuart.....

Fabulous penthouse apartment centrally located

We had a wonderful 2nd visit to this apartment - it is in a great location handy for the town and beach. It is modern and bright with lots of light and we made the most of the rooftop terrace for a bit of sunbathing and a glass of vino to watch the sunset. The owner was very helpful as we lost our key the 2nd day and a replacement was quickly provided. Thank you!

Lovely Apartment and fantastic service

Just returned from a fantastic week away. Apartment is fantastic and central to the beach, restaurants and bars. Roof terrace was a bonus although lights (even if they are solar power) would be good. We brought candles so we could sit outside for a nightcap.

Customer service both online and locally was exceptional.
