About Pippa Gilkes

Property was purchased together with our Mother and Father in 2009, we have lovingly renovated and restored our 17th century farmhouse and barn.

We are a family who all live within the Farmhouse grounds.

We are welcoming and friendly and offer comfortable and peaceful accommodation to all our guests. Rob has extensive knowledge with local walks and cycle routes. Marion is a homemaker who loves gardening and putting little personal touches in the holiday let with flowers and welcome packs. We have three children, and welcome any guests with families.

Luxurious, spacious, perfect!

  • 5 of 5

As soon as we arrived on the property we knew this was going to be something special. Upon being greeted by Marion, we were shown around the first floor apartment and were so happy with what we saw. It was spacious, warm, cosy, and the little touches provided were a real sign that the owner cared.

Our stay was based around us going out walking everyday, and the position of this property was perfect. It was quick and easy to get to the whole of the Cotswolds, and was also located near plenty of pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone I speak to about our little break.

And the best part was, she said YES!

Absolutely Lovely

  • 5 of 5

At first we got a little lost, but Marion was on hand to help and instruct us. We had a lovely warm welcome, and were given directions to the nearly supermarket and surroundings . This cottage has everything you could think of, Tea, coffee, cereals, milk, orange juice, biscuits, sugar, pots, pans, you name it! Not only to mention the amazing views, and walks around too. We visited so many beautiful places on our stay, and I would definitely recommend for you to visit Bribery if you do stay here.

Very well equipped cottage in quiet rural location but close to Cheltenham

  • 5 of 5

This cottage was spacious and very well equipped with even milk, juice, bread, butter etc provided. It was a good base for us to complete another couple of sections of the Cotswold Way with bus stop 5 minutes walk away. We also took bus into Cheltenham one evening for dinner. Some instructions on how to find the place would be handy.

A spacious and comfortable retreat for two

  • 4 of 5

This converted barn has a lovely, welcoming feel. The flowers were a beautiful addition and the essentials left for us in the fridge were much appreciated. There is lots of space for two people - the bedroom being a very comfortable size with plenty of storage. It is attractively decorated and you will find everything you need. A good jumping off spot for visiting the Cotswolds.

This is a fantastic apartment - well located on the west side of the cotswolds, in a quiet area and is a very warm and comfortable place to stay! Exactly what we were after for a relaxing week away.

Perfect Christmas break!

  • 5 of 5

Lovely stay over Christmas in the Cider Barn. Owners were very accommodating, leaving all the essentials for us and even lots of little Christmas extras. Really couldn't have asked for more, I would highly recommend. Will definitely try to go back!
