Spot on!

  • 5 of 5

Great couple of days in Snowdonia staying in this lovely converted stone building. Original features detail this well thought out rental. The traditional welsh weather (howling winds and driving rain) arrived as expected but we were tucked up with our nice cosy log burner. The place worked really well for our family of 4 (kids 10 & 6) although families with older children may find having just 1 bathroom slightly restricting. Great spot for walking. We went up Cader Idris which is the nearest high peak with fabulous views across the park.great welcome hamper with local produce and a warm and friendly welcome from the owner. All in all highly recommended.

Little gem

  • 5 of 5

A gorgeous little cottage tucked in between the mountains, a walkers paradise. We loved everything about this cottage, from the very warm welcome from Victoria to the lovely walks over the bridge into Barmouth and beyond. It is very dog friendly, not just in the cottage but also in the local pubs and shops. The Last Inn pub serves fab food and if you want a big breakfast without the big bill go to Myrddins also in Barmouth and Peices for Places shop in Barmouth is a moochers paradise.

We only had 3 nights here so there are lots more walks to explore but sadly didn’t get chance to do them so it’s a great excuse to return.

The cottage itself has everything you could need, clean, cosy and comfortable with a charming character.

Thank you Victoria

A fantastic break in the Welsh countryside

  • 5 of 5

Myself, husband and miniature dachshund Ted visited this beautiful property in October.

The property was so warm and welcoming and furnished perfectly for our needs. It was lovely to return to the property after a day of exploring the Welsh countryside where we could cook In a well equipped kitchen and then cosy up near the log fire in the comfy living area :) The sleeping arrangements were great with a good family bathroom.

You are never far from any beauty spots with miles of walking on offer (which can be as short or as long a walk as you wish). We very much loved how close the coast was to this property as it allowed us to enjoy some lovely autumnal strolls with our dog.

It would be lovely to return to this property again in the future. The owners (Victoria and Sean) were so accommodating - we had a wonderful welcome hamper which included freshly baked scones, bread, eggs, bacon, Jam, butter and honey.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property Victoria and Sean.

Lucy & Adam :)
