About the property

Tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a perfect seaside break Sea Dragon sits among the New England cottages and town houses of the award winning White Sand development, which has proved popular with holiday home owners since White Sands construction in the early 2000's. The peaceful yet playful area is ideal for families or friends enjoying a break by the sea.

The close proximity to miles of golden sand and sheltering dunes are an obvious attraction, along with various activities to enjoy including water sports, fishing, golf and nature walks. There are also plenty of restaurants offering delicious food and drink.

Sea Dragon is ideal for small families or a group of friends. We do not allow any pets.

The lounge area contains 2 very comfortable two-seater sofas and a 32” freeview TV with DVD player. We have included unlimited Wi-Fi for your convenience and a selection of board games and DVD's. There is also a nest of small tables for your drinks or for children's activities.

For meals we have included a fold out dining table with 4 chairs that can be easily assembled or put away. There is also a high chair if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a good sized fridge and freezer, a kettle, toaster, microwave and an electric fan oven. We also have supplied a set of new good quality pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

In the utility room there is an additional sink, a washer/dryer, an airer and an iron with ironing board. There is also the added convenience of a downstairs W.C.

The back door opens onto a secluded and private decked patio with a table and chairs, outside lighting, a tap and a weather protected power point. The house has a security alarm fitted at the front entrance for your use and offers a private parking space just to the side of the property.

Upstairs there are 2 bright and cosy bedrooms; the twin room contains 2 3' single beds, a TV, ample drawer space and a walk-in fitted wardrobe. There is a dressing table with stool and a hair dryer is provided. The double bedroom has a 4'6 bed, bedside drawers, hanging space for clothes and a dressing table with stool. Each bed is made up with soft Egyptian cotton linen and anti-allergen quilts and pillows. They each have a new, good quality mattress on the solid wood frames

As we like to offer a personal touch we do our own housekeeping and will personally greet you with the keys at the start of your holiday.

This house provides everything you need for a relaxing break.

We met the owners for the exchange of keys , they were both friendly and informative to local amenities and what the house offered. Beautiful location and so close to the beach. The house was clean and tidy and provided us with everything we needed. The Owl pub close by has a good atmosphere . We ventured into Appledore and had an evening meal at the Black Lion, this is just one of many places to go in and around the area. We would thoroughly recommend this property for its location and facilities and look forward to returning.

Cosy and welcoming

Lovely property, immaculate. The owner Jan has thought of everything including fresh milk in the fridge and heating on on arrival. Bedding and towels were really fresh and soft. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely return to Seadragon.

Lovely stay at Sea Dragon

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Sea Dragon. Jan welcomed us to the property which was immaculate. Just across the road from the beach, and even though it's October we went for a walk both days. A lovely relaxing weekend at an amazing place to stay .

Ideal base for exploring area and enjoying Camber beach!

We have just returned from a great week at Sea Dragon! Beautiful, quiet, immaculately clean and well equipped house - 3 minute walk to beach - Jan has thought of everything! Especially impressed with big fridge freezer, comfy beds and nice hot shower. We parked car right outside and went on beach every day, though best early morning and late evening. We enjoyed trips to Rye, Camber Castle and Dymchurch and kids had fun dune jumping and flying kites. Would highly recommend staying at this property - perfect for a relaxing break in a cosy property. Many thanks to Jan for all the extra provisions - milk, biscuits, squash, fruit - very kind of you.

Wonderful

Lovely place to stay in; its bright, clean, modern and well looked after. Very considerate owner who has thought of every detail making it a very comfortable place to stay. My one and only tip would be to consider arranging a food delivery before arriving as supermarkets locally are limited. Thank you for providing a wonderful base to explore the area.
