5 minutes from the town centre, in a quiet and relaxing area in the middle of nature, we offer you to stay in a wonderful ultra-contemporary house to discover Brive-la-Gaillarde and its surroundings:Collonges-la-Rouge, Sarlat and its 5 castles Valley, Rocamadour, Padirac, Martel, the Vézère Valley, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne and Turenne. Discover the jewels of the Quercy and the Périgord. Relaxing, sport and/or gourmet holidays, you can organise your dream holidays.

The house is composed as follows:

Garden level (139 m²):

Large and bright living area of more than 47 m² with large glazed window bays opening onto the South-exposed terrace of more than 100 m² and the 11x4 m pool heated from april to october. An awning allows you to enjoy the outside area in rainy conditions while serving as sunshield during warmer days.

A second more private living room destined for watching television or reading is hidden behind sliding doors and extends the main living space.

The kitchen area slightly overlooks (2 steps) the living space. Fully fitted and furnished and adjacent to the storeroom/laundry room, the kitchen also opens onto its terrace.

The sleeping area is composed of 2 bedrooms (11.57 m² and 10.94 m²) that share a shower room with double vanity unit. The 3rd bedroom (10.49 m²) has its own private shower room.

On the first floor (46 m²):

The parental area is composed of a bedroom (12 m²) with private bathroom, dressing room, open desk area and storage cupboards.

Stunning contemporary villa

A perfect place to stay for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in this beautiful area of France. The villa is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The pool was fantastic and because it’s heated constantly you can use it even when it’s not sunny; we especially loved using it in the evenings after sunset. The location is quiet and peaceful and true to its ‘get away from it all’ concept. Gauthier was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, his attention to detail and passion for his beautiful villa made for a memorable family holiday. Highly recommended!

séjour formidable

la propriété est situé dans une zone très calme où nous avons trouvé toutes les conditions parfaites pour nous reposer et nous détendre. La maison est parfaite, très moderne et fonctionnelle, le jardin est spacieux, la terrasse magnifique, offrant toujours des zones d'exposition au soleil et un coin d'ombre. Les villages de Collonges-la-Rouge et de Turenne sont très proches et valent absolument le détour

Why they chose this property

As it is a particularly pleasant region thanks to its art of living, its historical, architectural and gastronomic heritage and its omnipresent respect of nature, we decided to settle in this unique house ideally located to live in a quiet area, in the middle of nature and close to all amenities. We have been seduced by the charm of this place that looks like Cap Ferret and we want to share the daily pleasure we have inside it.
