Modern 2 bedroom apartment in a secure domaine, with swimming pool and children's pool, landscape gardens and private parking. The apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk to the beach of Juan les Pins, within 15 minutes walk to either Juan les Pins centre or Golfe Juan centre and their wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops, including two supermarkets close by.

The accommodation consists of : 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, one with 2 single beds), separate bathroom and toilet, 1 fully equipped american kitchen, 1 dining/sitting room, 2 ground floor gardens/terraces suitable for outdoor dining, designated outdoor parking space. In addition, there is one sofa bed in sitting room providing additional sleeping.

Superb one week stay in a gem of a resort

Just back after a super 1 week stay in Juan Flore.

Highly recommend both the resort and the property. Owners are one of the best we have dealt with for responsiveness and the apartment is very well equipped with some nice personal touches from the owners.

Some great places to eat both within walking distance of the apartment and in the town centre.

Also great that basic necessities can be obtained at a good supermarket within walking distance of the apartment

Lastly a great beach, clean, and no claustrophobic feeling of being hemmed in by sunbathers , long thin strip meant everyone could enjoy a place on the beach and easily gain access to the sea without zigzagging a path around the masses!

Certainly a holiday that myself, husband and teenage boys want to repeat

Everything you need , modern kitchen , clean and convenient.

My husband and our 20 year old daughter stayed this July in Domaine Juan Flore. Everything was perfect- the weather and the ease and convenience of getting to the pool , beach or nearby shops. The owners daughter lives nearby and helped us with any questions we had. There is car parking but it is easy to get around by bus if you prefer not to hire. I am sure we will return.

Great facilities in a wonderful location

Lovely garden to relax in after visiting the nearby beach. Air conditioning in both bedrooms so no problem with the hot weather. An easy, short (10 minutes) walk into Juan les Pins centre which is really child friendly with many great restaurants to choose from. There is a grocery store nearby if you want to stay in. The apartment has everything you need and all good quality, and the owners are responsive and great to deal with. Very secure environment. I'd certainly recommend the apartment if you are looking to visit the South of France.

Gorgeous apartment by the sunny seaside

We are recently back from a wonderful stay in this delightful and well-equipped apartment. We are a husband and wife who travelled with our two young children (aged 3 and 5) and their auntie (aged 21) and there was space for us all. We arrived late on a Saturday night and were delighted to find some drinks, wine, bread cheese and basic groceries generously left for us by the owner. The apartment was also beautifully clean and the complex quiet.

It was very hot when we were there so the air conditioning in the bedrooms was really appreciated. The deck chairs and parasol for the beach and trolley bag for bringing your shopping from the nearby supermarket were very helpful touches. There were even some buckets and spades which the children loved bringing to the beach. As we were there when the European Football Championships were on, we were very happy to be able to watch the games on the cable tv. Our kids also enjoyed watching netflix on the tablet we brought - the wifi was even better than we have at home!

When the beach got too hot - you could sit in the shade under the awning in the back garden or have a nap on one of the sun loungers. There is also a selection of novels left in the TV unit for you to read. We used the outdoor pool in the complex most days - it is very safe for children as it very gradually gets deeper and also has a separate small baby pool. There are lots of water activities to take part in along the beach - we enjoyed waterskiing and paddleboarding.

We visited a couple of the restaurants recommended by the owner - la voile blanche and Bijou Plage - they are both beautifully set where you can eat right by the sea and la voile blanche had especially excellently cooked food. We also enjoyed some good pizza from Mr. Pizza and could really recommend the bread and cakes from L.A. Boulangerie and the roast chicken from the chicken hut - all of which are at the top of the lane. We cooked in the apartment most days and used the outdoor grill for some barbeques.

The proximity of the apartment to the beach, juan les pins and golfe juan, coupled with the facilities available, make this apartment hard to beat.

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks!

First rate, we would thoroughly recommend

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. My daughter and I stayed here last week and were delighted with our choice. We were made so welcome by the owner’s daughter - who had left a few basics in the fridge and a bottle of wine on the dining table - and the apartment is first rate; clean, modern, comfortable, everything you could need. The kitchen is modern, clean and well equipped. The garden and patio area provide an ideal space to relax in the evenings and the grounds are well kept. It is ideally situated - five minutes’ walk from the beach and so convenient to drive to Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Cannes. We had a marvellous week and would have no hesitation in returning, and recommending the apartment to friends and family.

An ideal holiday spot

The four of us can thoroughly recommend this property as an ideal place from which to enjoy the Côte d'Azur. The apartment enjoys the safety of being within a larger complex; it also provides access to a shared swimming pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed by the time of our visit but we were able to walk within 5 or 6 minutes to a lovely little beach. The property is within an easy walk of Juan-les-pins and to the railway station with trains that run the length of the coastline and up to Grasse. There are also very pleasant walks to be enjoyed along the coast. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious, with a very well-equipped and up-to-date kitchen. There is no shortage of towels and plenty of bed linen. A small enclosed garden complete with electric barbecue allows guests to enjoy relaxing in the evening sun. English television channels, a DVD player and good wifi are further advantages. The owners are extremely helpful : we enjoyed a very generous starter pack of food and drink and, for a little extra, transport to and from the airport by the owner's daughter who lives nearby. Booking was also easy and straightforward with prompt responses.

Local (200) bus to Cannes or Nice 1.50 Euro each way. Airport bus serving Nice Airport (250) stops at Eucalyptus, about 10 minutes walk from apartment.

Other activities/attractions include : Cannes film festival, Juan Les Pins jazz festival, Monaco Grand Prix, Marineland waterpark, ferry to Cannes islands (Iles des Lerins) and St Tropez, scuba diving and water sports, museums, ski stations and Mercantour national park (car required) and many other attractions.

Juan les Pins railway station serving Nice, Monaco and Ventiliglia (Italy market town) is 20 minutes walk

Supermarkets, ATM, dentist, doctor are walking distance (400 meters).
