AMAZING SEAVIEW VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL AND PRIVATE BEACH - SAFE&FREE

Villa CERJAN offers you nice accommodation experience with amazing sea view. It is ideal for families, couples and small groups of people.
***NEW SWIMMING POOL AND LOUNGE AREA ***
Private stoney beach with concrete sunbathing areas and bert for boat is just a 50 meters from the Villa. Another beautiful pebble beach ideal for children is just 150 meters away. Villa of 155 m2 consists 3 etage connected by external stairs. One bedroom with shower and toilet is on ground floor. In front of it is a terrace with sea view under wine grapes.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, one bathroom and nice small kitchen. First bedroom have exit to the terrace vith sea view.
On the second floor is one bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchen and living room area. On the second floor there is also a big terrace with a magnificent sea view.
The villa is air-conditioned and it has WiFi internet. Private parking protected from the sun is close to the house. Opposite to the villa on the outside terrace there is private pool with stunning sea view on whole archipelago. In front of pool there is place for relaxing and enjoying in sun, and at evening in dinner by barbecue.

You can also sit on terrace, enjoying and relax while we are preparing a dinner for you.

Simply pure relaxation

We had a wonderful holiday. The view over the Dalmatian coastline from the pool is stunning. And you could not ask for nicer landlords than the Cerjan family.

fantastic perfect villa amazing pool area and view

first of all, the owners of the villa are one of the most friendly people I´ve ever met. if there was only a very small problem, they had a quick solution. the villa itself is very new and very clean. towels, toiletpaper, soap, cutlery, dishes, etc. everything ist there and after one week the ownere have changed bedclothes and towels again. We had a lot of barbecue and the charcoal grill was always cleaned from the owner by the next morning. One of the most impresive thing was the great view around the island. Each day was like the other, blue and clear water, sunny, little windy and 33° temperature. perfect. the privat beach is one minute far away from the house and includes two big sunshades. there is also a small open bay for everybody with gravel beach 50 meter far away. Ideal for smaller children. On the private beach is also is a separat ladder to come in and out of the sea! On the island there is one restaurant and one supermarket/baker. We have been two families, 4 adult & 4 children, and it was a very great and fantastic holiday. We have made three trips to Split, Primosten and Trogir! Very very nice and old seaside towns, to be recommended. altogether it was a pleasure for all of us, and we definitely will come again to this beautiful villa

wunderbar erholsame Ferien

Wir (zwei Familien) genossen erholsame Ferien in Sevid. Das Haus ist tipptopp eingerichtet und sauber. Liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel von wo eine malerische Treppe zum kleinen privat Badeplatz führt. Nebst dem Meer genossen wir auch den Poolbereich. Die Kinder fanden vor allem nachts den Pool mit der wechselnden Farbbeleuchtung den Hit und natürlich die jungen Kätzchen. Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die kompetente Tipps für Ausflüge geben oder auch mal eine Restaurant für uns reservierten. Landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen und auch in Reichweite von Städten wie Split, Trogir, Primosten und Sibenik und dem wunderbaren Nationalpark Krka.

Maison agréable

Maison de 3 étages individuels. Chaque étage à sa salle d'eau et au dernier étage une cuisine centrale, ce qui laisse de l'intimité à chacun. Malgré un vent chaud mais assez fort nous avons pu profiter de la piscine toute neuve et très belle. Les propriétaires, Gordon et MATO, sont très sympathiques et nous ont aidés à découvrir certaines spécialités de la Croatie(en particulier vin et alcool) Nous avons trouvé la maison confortable et située dans un petit village suffisament éloigné de l'agitation de Trogyr. Un petit reproche, nous étions 5 et avions de la vaisselle que pour 6, et pas de plat pour aller soit au micro-onde, soit au four. Le lave-vaisselle a fonctionné souvent, mais un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine serait utile, ainsi que des matelas pour les chaises-longues. Sinon sejour parfait, je recommande cette maison et ses propriétaires.

Great experience, great place, great people ....

Picturesque little town of Sevid will capture your heart with its solitary beauty, the sound of the blue and sparkling Adriatic sea and the Mediterranean aroma of the air, mixed with saltiness and herbs of the area. Villa Cerjan is located on the top of the hill overlooking the sea and offering some stunning views. Spacious, comfortable and clean apartments and great service provided by the family Cerjan. You can enjoy some great and fresh local cuisine, or try one of Gordon's catch of the day...! I will go back to eat again the octopus prepared 'ispod peke) (under the bell). Unique and great place on the magnificent coastline of Croatia. Recommending it fully. Best regards, Rob
