About this property

Small accommodation (30sqm) composed of 2 rooms plus bathroom, in a double bedroom, in the second bunk bed with kitchenette, fridge, TV, air-conditioned.
Located within a villa consisting of several adjacent accommodations.

garden equipped with and gazebos, barbecue, wood-burning oven;
Shared washing machine.
Private parking uncovered on beaten ground.

Furnishing with a very simple style, but complete with everything you need (crockery and kitchen utensils, wardrobe, dining table and chairs), to be able to spend a vacation, even in the company of friends and relatives maintaining their independence, the freedom to cook or eat at nearby restaurants. The house, equipped with free wi-fi.

The house overlooks a large courtyard, with a furnished garden, where entertainment and relaxation are guaranteed, between a dip in the pool, the shadow of the gazebos; on the ground floor, common room, equipped with kitchen, wood oven, barbecue, washing machine, available to all guests of the house; allows groups of friends or large families to have lunch together, inside the hall, or in the adjacent garden.

The surrounding countryside is pertinent to the villa, fenced and cared for, it is the ideal place for those who love nature and tranquility.
The private access road, which leads to the villa, guarantees tranquility and security, especially in the presence of children. Ample outdoor parking, on beaten ground.

Eco-sustainable structure: equipped with a photovoltaic system for electricity, and solar thermal for hot water.

Specifically, the villa is located in the hills, 2.5 km from the sea, and is 1.5 km from supermarkets, shops and pharmacies, restaurants in the town center, so a car is recommended. The road to follow is a provincial road SP135, safe, easy to drive, not winding which allows you to reach the town in a minute.
If, on the other hand, you are on foot, I stress that the house is on a hill, so the journey is downhill towards the town (5-10 minutes), instead going up to return (15-25 minutes), the road ahead is not crossed by cars, it is safe and illuminated at night.

Fabulous views

The apartment is part of an old building high up on the mountain with fabulous views across the mountains to the coast. A car is essential to get around. The apartment is well equiped with essentials and we spent a pleasant three weeks there.

Appartamento completamente nuovo e immerso nel verde degli uliveti

La residenza mi è apparsa coerente alla descrizione dell'annuncio. L'appartamento e completamente nuovo e immerso nel verde di un uliveto. Pace e tranquillità regnano sovrane , ad un chilometro del mare bellissimo di Gioiosa Marea . Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo sin dal nostro arrivo , e cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo è che ha accettato senza alcun problema , il nostro soggiorno con tre piccoli cani , cosa che assicuro per precedenti esperienze non è così normale da trovare. Consiglio sicuramente di approfittare di questa proprietà , dato che sarà ampiamente ripagato anche dalla bellezza del posto . Ultimo ,ma non per importanza , cenate al ristorante "la Piazzetta" pesce o pizza sono di grande qualità e valgono fino all'ultimo centesimo i soldi spesi....

Bon appartement Bon rapport qualité prix

Appartement agréable, environnement calme. Clim indispensable en été Une piscine et des jeux pour les enfants ont été appréciés par ceux ci. Petit bémol: la cuisine dans les chambre est minimale, il n'y a pas vraiment de vaisselle pour faire à manger. Par contre, il y a une cuisine collective au bord de la piscine et de quoi faire des barbecues.
