This apartment is situated for visiting the many attractions on the Costa Del Sol with or without a car. Puerto Banus, Marbella, and San Pedro, are the local towns to us. We are in Nueva Andalucia which is part of 'Golf Valley'. Here you can visit and play on some of the finest, most popular golf courses on the coast. Las Brisas, Magna Marbella, Los Naranjos, La Quinta, to name a few. We can arrange club hire, buggy hire, and book a course of your choice, in advance of your stay. Car hire is also available with an extra 15% discount. Entrance is via a high security front door. All rooms are on one level. Entrance hall leads to large lounge with dining area for up to six people. Lounge has two large sofas, air conditioning, heating, 42 inch LED SMART TV with access to the Internet-emails, UK CHANNELS, Films, SPORTS TV. FREE Unlimited WI FI. Your favourite music and UK radio streaming via our WI FI from your phone, Tablet, or Computer. First bedroom has a super king size bed with memory foam mattress that unzips to convert to two single beds, duvet, orthopaedic pillows, extra blanket, air conditioning, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and 32' LCD TV. Second bedroom has two single beds with memory foam mattresses, duvets, orthopaedic pillows, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with full length bath, shower, bidet, and luxury Egyptian cotton towels and bath sheets provided. Through the lounge patio windows is a large terrace with table and chairs for four people, two sun loungers, and a full width over head retracting sun blind. The views are of tropical plants, a huge palm tree amongst an Andalucían white village, and La Concha mountain.

All electric air conditioning, heating, and cooking. Two free standing portable tower air fans are available for use.

Underground allocated parking space and quiet side road parking available. Gated community with 24 hour security guard and colour CCTV.

But if you do hire a car, use the excellent motorway and visit Gibraltar for its duty free shopping and ferry crossing to Morocco. There is Tivoli World amusement park. Selwo Park, Water Parks, White washed villages of Casares and Istan, Sierra Nevada for Skiing. Granada, Seville, Jerez, Malaga home of Picasso, Marbella. Olive groves, Bodegas, Fiestas.

We are in the heart of the Costa Del Sol.

My wife and son and her mother had a fabulous 10 days and fortunately the weather was generally good and a relaxing time was had by all. There is a large swimming pool, a smaller pool which is heated and a paddling pool for children, all within the safe secure garden area. There is a 24 hour on site security guard, and secure underground parking. We provide a safe for additional security and peace of mind, which is large enough to accommodate 2 small laptops or tablet computers. This apartment is totally electric for cooking, heating, and cooling. (NO GAS BOILER OR FLUE) Free unlimited WI FI and BROADBAND available exclusively for this apartment, (Not shared). We are close to many shops including a very good supermarket, hairdressers, dentist, optician, English speaking chemist, and doctors.

We loved the apartment. It was bigger than we expected and was spotless. The decor is bright and airy and the apartment has everything to make it home from home. Very well maintained and equipped. There was tea and fresh milk and bread left in for our arrival, very much appreciated. The view from the balcony is lovely and very peaceful, The complex is beautiful, with lovely well maintained gardens, again spotless and felt very safe. The complex is very family friendly. there were lots of children but never rowdy. The pool area again spotless and sunbeds aren't an issue as people take their belongings when they leave, no bed hogging. The location is spot on. Very quiet area but within walking distance of Puerto Banus and some lovely restaurants if you go up the hill. Supermarket right outside and Saturday market 5 min walk. Mind you it is all up hill on the way back. We organised a transfer with Chris which was on time there and back. We used local buses to get around which are cheap and reliable once you get the hang of them. We visited San Pedro, Estepona, Rhonda and of course Marbella. All very much worth the effort, especially Rhonda if only for the dramatic drive. From start to finish communication with Chris and Pauline was first rate, always quick responses and ready to help. We didn't need to use the agent Helen for any reason only to check pickup time but it was good to know someone was on hand just in case. All in all we had a fab time at Mountain view and would definitely book again if we were in the area

Beautiful property with an amazing view!

Perfect for 2 couples or a family!! The pictures really don't do the property justice. It is a lot bigger then what we imagined and was incredibly clean! Helen was great at organising us a taxi and extremely helpful and efficient throughout our stay. She was always on hand to assist if we had questions. The taxi lady (apologies we forgot her name!) was absolutely lovely and gave us great advice about where to visit. Property is very close to the Mercadona and withing walking distance of the beach and port. We recommend visiting Old Town Marbella for some great tapas and also the Selwo Safari Park was great on our one cloudy day. Chris and Pauline are great at communicating with you and provide sufficient information in the villa. It would have been ace to have a BBQ as the smell of other BBQs from other balconies was very enticing however we understood your reasons why you don't provide one. In all the stay was very comfortable and we will be recommending the property to friends and would hopefully like to come and stay again in the future. Thanks!!

We love to be as helpful and contactable as possible, and we are constantly up dating the content on the "App". This reviewer is right about the website pictures. We will endeavour to replace with better ones. We are spoilt for choice of quality restaurants within walking distance of our apartment. We do everything possible to ensure people will want to stay again, and we sincerely hope this reviewer will return.

Two wonderful weeks in Andalucia / Mountain View

We (a family with two kids aged 16 en 18) had a wonderful time in the Mountain View apartment and we enjoyed the area very much. Helen, the local agent, helped us by contacting the internet provider when the internet connection was lost (the wifi connection itself was fine in the whole apartment as well as on the balcony). Chris and Pauline helped us preparing our trip by providing relevant information upfront and on request.

The apartment itself was very clean and cosy. The kitchen is well equiped and both bathrooms were fine. The weather was too good to stay inside, so we didn't use the living room and TV much. Instead we had some lovely evenings / early nights playing cards and enjoying Sangria or Rosado on the balcony. The airconditioning worked fine in the whole apartment.

Nueva Andalucia / Puerto Banús is a fine place to stay and located centrally to visit some very beautiful places. We recommend Málaga, Marbellla, Gaucín, Casares, Zahara, Grazalema, Gibraltar and especially Ronda and Mijas. The beaches we liked are San Pedro Alcántara (very quiet), El Castillo - La Duquesa (after visiting Gaucín and Casares), Casablanca (located on Marbella's Golden Mile) and Nueva Andalucia itself.

The Mercadona supermarket is in walking distance and had everything we needed, including a variety of bread for a great breakfast. The restaurants at the beach side serve fine food (we prefered The Belvedere), but the customer service provided in less tourist oriented places like Gaucín, Casares and especially Mijas is much better. Although we didn't visit Ristorante Pasta Caffe (just go down Calle de las Ventas) ourselves, we could see everyone enjoying their meal on our 20 tot 25 minutes late evening walk back from Puerto Banús to the Mountain View apartment.

We would surely recommend this apartment to anyone!

Owner's Response: This reviewer has pointed out how convenient our location is for visiting many of the attractions on the Costa Del Sol when hiring a car. We are also within comfortable walking distance of shops and Puerto Banus. We suggest 15 - 20 minutes as an average time to walk to the Port, but because there are many interesting things to see along the way, it can take a bit longer. We try to make everyone's stay trouble free, but if the unforeseen happens, as with the WiFi on this occasion, our agent Helen and her team, are always available for help. The Costa Del Sol is as popular as ever, and there are many choices where to stay, but we have the advantage that everything is very established, with a mixture of residence and holidaymakers. We think it's fair to say that there is something here for everyone, any time of the year, and look forward to this reviewer returning.

Fabulous, spacious and spotlessly clean apartment

We loved Mountain View. The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Helen was very helpful as the air conditioning was interrupted and she sorted it out for us immediately. The complex was very secure with a security guard on at all times. The swimming pool was the nicest we've experienced in a long time with a lifeguard on duty from 11am until 7pm and the water temperature was perfect!! Also, a big plus was that I didn't see one mosquito! I would highly recommend this apartment for rent. We did hire a car, which we found very handy and were in a position to explore the area. There were plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Puerto Banus was only a short distance also.

Thanks Chris and Pauline for letting us stay in this lovely apartment. I'm sure you'll be hearing from us again in the future.

Fantastic Apartment

Myself and a friend booked this apartment for a short golfing break. On arrival we found it was much bigger than it looks from the pictures and we were delighted with the apartment and the location. We didn't have chance to explore the complex gardens or pool but did walk down to the front at Puerto Banus every night which took around 15 minutes and is a safe and pleasant walk. For a golfing trip there are loads of courses within minutes drive. The only possible downside we found was parking if you have a rental car. Although we managed to always park on the road outside the complex, we were out of season and I can see this may be an issue when it gets busier. The instructions in the apartment did make mention of a garage door but no one showed us this or told us whether there was a garage we could park in. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend to anyone.

Owner's Response: As we are so close to some fabulous established golf courses, we want to do more for golfing groups coming over to Andalucía. We are planning to provide a set or two of golf clubs in our apartment to save people having to pay excess baggage costs at the airport. We already provide parking in our own space in the huge underground garage, but we very rarely use it ourselves because there is always a space in the side roads near our main entrance. But we do take the point raised by this reviewer that it could happen one day, and we will make sure all future guests are well aware of our own private parking space.

Lovely, spacious apartment

My boyfriend and I had a great stay in this lovely, very comfortable, clean and tidy apartment. The gardens of the complex are beautiful and maintained to a very high standard. There are loads of places to visit nearby and wonderful scenery as well. We will definitely return and would thoroughly recommend Mountain View to anyone wanting to visit the Costa del Sol.

Owner's Response: Our apartment has been updated with free Wi-Fi and unlimited broadband. A new LED internet TV, with UK and Sport channels. New quiet and efficient air conditioning/heating. A very large sun blind for the sunny terrace. We strive to make everyone's stay enjoyable and hope they will want to book again.
