Casa Marigrè is located 30 meters from the sea, in the seaside village of Stazzo, 10 minutes from the city of Acireale. The strategic position of Stazzo near the tollgate of Giarre and Acireale allows you to reach both Taormina and Catania within 20 minutes. The house also enjoys a vast panorama of Etna which can be reached in about 40 minutes. The newly renovated building consists of an apartment consisting of 2 living rooms, three bedrooms all air-conditioned, two bathrooms with shower, two laundries and two kitchens with large terrace level. (total beds 6 + 2).

Mycket fint och lugnt boende med hav och vackra vyer

Ett mycket fint boende nära havet, med bra badmöjligheter från träbryggor. Fri sikt mot vulkanen Etna (som t o m hade ett litet utbrott under vår tid i Stazzo). Lägenheten är fin och mycket välutrustad. Värden Guiseppe är väldigt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Fin trädgård och flera terrasser och balkong runt hela lägenheten. Stazzo är en liten ort med några restauranger och en några små butiker, men det går lätt att åka buss t o r Acireale för att komma in till en större stad och kunna handla i större butiker. Hempizza kan levereras till lägenheten och Guiseppe hjälper gärna till att beställa, om man har problem med italienskan. Starka rekommendationer för detta boende där vi hade två fantastiska veckor i lugn och ro.

Entre mer et Etna et un accès facile à de nombreux sites touristiques

Maison agréable dans une zone résidentielle à proximité de la mer, pas de plage mais baignade depuis des plateformes (pas adapté a de jeunes enfants). Un très joli jardin et plusieurs terrasses.

Maison de vacances au calme entre mer et Etna

Maison bien équipée avec vue sur l'Etna dans un quartier résidentiel. Idéalement placé entre Taormine et Catane à 30 minutes des premières ballades sur l'Etna. Très bon accueil de Giuseppe.

Très belle maison moderne et propre proche de la mer. Notre hôte Giuseppe est quelqu'un de disponiblte et agréable. La maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire.
