About this property

We have one king bedroom with large wardrobe and TV, the lounge is large with 2 leather sofabeds able to sleep up to 4 more people and seat 6. The lounge can be divided by a vertical blind at night if required for increased privacy. The kitchen has all the amenities required for a good holiday. There is dining for 4 inside and 4 more on the balcony which overlooks the pool and gardens, the sea is to the right and mountains to the left. The shower room/WC is modern. We are on the 2nd floor with lift access. The complex is modern and has a number of pools, outdoor gym, outdoor showers nearby to get rid of the fine sand before embarking on other activities in the apartment or on the complex. There are restaurants and bars on site as well as shops for the self catering supplies. Everything you need for an excellent holiday. The location is ideal for children with the beach so close and many entertainments in the complex. An opportunity to see the kids enjoy the pool below while relaxing on the balcony or all lounging on the sunbeds by the pool together.
The region has many fine places of interest. A visit to Nessebar is a must with its ancient associations and Aquapark, Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas are popular and there are many more within easy reach. Burgas, the likely entry point to the country and the resort, has much to offer too. You would be advised to look at the organised tours to see other venues to make your stay varied of which Gerana - Orizare Bulgarian Village is recommended for those with an enquiring mind. St Vlast Apartment

I was a little disappointed on arrival because there was no electricity and it took over an hour on arrival to sort out I was also disappointed that there was no toilet paper for us to when we got there and it would have been nice to have small amenities like tea/coffee and a small bottle of milk. How ever the appointment was more than we expected the views are lovely and the apartment was clean. I have been trying to get an answer from the villa owner on when I am going to get my £200 damage deposit back but he hasn’t responded to any of my emails

A great place to stay with lots of facilities

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. As 2 adults and a teenager, we were adequately accommodated in three separate sections of the apartment. It is an excellent base from which to explore all the region has to offer. The beach just below the apartment was very good with beautiful sand and safe swimming in the very warm Black Sea. With no tide on this sea, the water never disappears so it is very easy to enjoy the beach. There are adequate beach umbrellas under which to laze, there is massage available and a beach bar for drinks, ice creams and snacks. The entrances to the beach are no more than 50 metres from the apartment. There were showers and footbaths available on route back to the apartment so it was easy to get rid of the sand before going home. We were able to visit Elenite, Sveti Vlas, Sunny Beach, Burgas and Nessebar. All of them have their attractions but are really varied in their offerings. All of the Fort Noks facilities in the area were available to us so we didn't have to limit ourselves to just this complex. We were pleased to find that it was possible to get internet provided just for our stay which we were able to access anywhere on the complex. There are many excursions available but we chose the Jeep Safari as this had been recommended. It is not for the faint-hearted though as you get knocked around a bit with the terrain over which it went. It was really good though because we were able to book it at the resort and they pick you up at the bus stop outside the gate and deliver back afterwards. The buses from the stop outside are regular and take you to most of the local resorts but we didn't use these choosing instead to hire our own car from the airport. However, we discovered that you can also hire a car at the resort which is great if you just want one for a special one-off trip. As we were there for quite a short stay we chose not to cook at the apartment but just have fruit snacks and drinks. There are so many restaurants of all types available in the locality that this was not a problem and the prices were very reasonable even at the better quality ones. All in all a really great holiday.

After years of teaching Maths in secondary school, I have changed track and specialised in property. I am a family man with a wife and 3 children living just south of London. I have successful properties in Spain, Turkey and Orlando Florida which have been extremely popular and well appointed.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property from several I viewed in the area. For me this was an ideal property for those wanting to enjoy community or just spend time relaxing on their own. The views and space available made this the option for me as I could see the potential. I had heard people say how lovely this area was on the Black Sea coast and how beneficial the climate is, with the benefits of the sea and mountain air. For me it also gave the possibility of catching the ferry across to Istanbul to make for an interesting change of venue.

What makes this property unique

I really liked the views from the balcony and from the lounge window of the Black Sea and the Balkan Mountain Range. I know this is really appealing to holidaymakers too. I am upgrading the property and this will be finished ready for the 2015 season. I am sure you will not be disappointed.
