2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor apartment with arguably the best views in the development, of the golf course and sea from ALL windows. Both bedrooms, the lounge and the dining kitchen have stunning views over the Brora links golf course, the beach and the Dornoch firth.

The apartment is contemporary in style, with modern oak furniture, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, solid oak doors and facings, leather sofas and full washer/dryer in the utility room.

All floors are oak throughout, with the exception of the utility/boot room and bathrooms which are tiled.

The bedrooms can be set up as twins or doubles and sleep up to 4. Children welcome.

Both bedrooms are ensuite - one has a full bath with overhead shower, the other has an oversized shower.

WiFi is included in your rental. Pets not allowed. Strictly no smoking.

We purchased this from new, having visited Brora for years. We live in Scotland and manage to get up to Brora a few times a year. The beach and golf right outside the window make it the most relaxing place in the world for us.

What makes this apartment unique

Our apartment sits in a block of 24, and is the top floor, front facing apartment. There are only 3 in the entire block with this position. ALL windows look out to the sea. We have the only split level floor in the open plan lounge area, which increases the view of the golf and coast.

Great place to be.

For the second time we did have a wonderful quiet and relaxing holiday in this very clean and well equipped apartment.

Endless walks at the beach.

A trip to the orkney islands.

It was a great time for us.

At the last day of our stay we saw some dolphins in the sea. (in front of the apartment).

Thank you for the hospitality and we will come back again for sure.

penthouse suite with sea views....amazing. just like the photos promised

lovely modern apartment. slightly dusty, especially the floors. otherwise clean with everything you need for a break away.

wi-fi not so good reception though.

will definitely be re-booking

Property is in excellent condition, well maintained with all necessary facilities at your disposal.

Property is in a lovely location overlooking Brora Golf Course and beyond to the beach and sea. The view from all windows in all the rooms is spectacular particularly when the sun is rising. Apartment was very clean and tidy with all amenities readily available and well looked after by the Hotel staff who were equally helpful and friendly. Being the penthouse apartment it is on the second floor but a modern, efficient lift is available a few yards away from the front door for those who do not relish the prospect of climbing the stairs. The Golf Club Clubhouse is also only 100 yards away and serves excellent food at reasonable prices. All in all a very enjoyable experience other than the typical Scottish weather which unfortunately we cannot control.
