House Andrea is a nice house for rent at the Sea in Ostuni, an ideal place to spend a pleasant stay with family, discovering the beauty of Apulia.

PRIVATE VERANDA:
The guests have a comfortable a private, covered and equipped Veranda for breakfast, lunch or dinner outside, during the vacation.

The interior consists of:

- First Bathroom with a cabin shower
- Outside, through the covered Veranda, there is the access to the second bathroom (with washbasin sink and shower)

Home Andrea is located inside a spacious property, where there are four apartments totally.
Through a small descent, the guests enter the house, that develops only partially below the level of the road.
On the first raised floor the owners stay with discretion and cordiality, taking care of the needs of the guests who rent the holiday homes, located on the downstarirs, including House Andrea.
This 3 holiday apartments share a large Yard with green corners and barbecue area.

This home is located in a small sea area, called "Costa Merlata" Marina of Ostuni (in Apulia, in south of Italy). In Summer period there are some services: restaurant, pizza-house, some cafes, mini-market, bicycle and pedestrian path along the coast, ideal for relaxing walks, pinewood, square.
These services in Low Season are closed.
At 8 km far there is the city and the historical center of Ostuni, called the “White City” (where there are also all the services and shops).
