Modern clean apartment on the outskirts of History

Beatrice provided a modern clean with all mod cons apartment. With the temperatures near the 40s the air con was a dream. And she could not do enough for us including providing transfers and a place to keep our bags after our stay before going to the airport. If we could have put the apartment in the centre if Rome it would have ticked all the boxes, but the bus connections are excellent and not expensive. Loved the holiday would recommend. The apartment was true to the description. It was excellent. Fabulous facilities, superb location.

Beatrice, the owner of the apartment has thought of everything. She arranged a taxi for us for the 20 minute journey to and from the airport. She met us on arrival and then showed us around the apartment pointing out how everything worked. She then gave us a series of much appreciated recommendations regarding what we might like to visit during our stay - maps and guides included. As the weather was really hot for the end of May the efficient air conditioning in bedrooms and the main living room were welcome. The little balcony was also a great place to sit out with a glass of wine at the end of the day reflecting on all the fantastic sights we had seen. Everything you could possibly want to see is in easy striking distance. We would recommend the ATAC public transport website. A bus to the Vatican only takes 10 minutes and you can be in the centre of Rome - pze. Venezia within 20 minutes and all services were reliable. Get the Roma pass for no hassle transport. Also took a couple of taxis from the rank outside the apartment. A journey to the Spanish steps for example was 12 Euro. Easy food shopping underneath the apartment where there is a well stocked supermarket. The local area is safe, pretty much graffiti free and there are a number of local options to eat if you don't want to travel back into the city centre in the evenings. Most appreciated of all was Beatrice the owner. She was available at the end of the phone if we needed her and she lives close by so all queries handled promptly and efficiently. We hope to return soon, possibly for the Six rugby nations international.

Fantastic apartment and host !

Bea's apartment is furnished to a very high quality as if it were her own home, with lots of useful practical items, but also very attractive decorations. Th apartment is in a good location - 30mins walk to the Vatican or a 10min bus ride if you prefer. There are a number of restaurants on the square outside the apartment and shops including a fantastic cake/coffee shop right outside the apartment building. Bea was the perfect host and could not have been more helpful, providing suggestions for restaurants and booking taxis to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again if in Rome.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr willkommen gefühlt. Voll ausgestattet und komfortabel. Beatrice ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Freundliche Kommunikation, sehr hilfsbereit. Auch ihr Assistent Romeo hat eine problemlose Übergabe der Wohnung mit uns gemacht. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Touristengeschehen. Ca. 2 km vom Vatikanstaat. Mit dem Bus ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Beatrice und Romeo! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Loved our stay in Rome!

The layout of this place was fantastic, and we loved having a balcony. There are lots of coffee shops and restaurants around and it's run near the bus line that runs to near Vatican City. We felt safe walking around the area, and the bakery below has the best coffee! There was a bit of miscommunication of who was meeting us to let us in, but that was resolved pretty quickly. Beatriz is a great host!

Hello everyone, I am convinced that this district (Aurelio) is really a good compromise for families and groups of friends who want to visit Rome without sacrificing proximity to the historic center but not enough to suffer the confusion and traffic, without sacrificing short distance that separates us from Fiumicino airport, without sacrificing a green largest park in Rome, about 187 hectares of park, Villa Doria Pamphili, where you can combine a pleasant walk or a run regenerating with a beautiful view of downtown Rome from the Janiculum.
A bike ride on the bike path that runs just a short walk from the apartment or good shopping at the nearby Prati district at the foot of the dome of St. Peter.
So there's really no reason that you still wait to book a stay at our property.
