This holiday accommodation in Malaga is located on the 3rd floor of a building with lift in the heart of Malaga center. The holiday apartment consists of a living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa-bed, dining table, air-con and an open kitchen with all accessories, a bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, air-con and a bathroom with shower.

A staircase in the living room lead up to the beautiful terrace with two sun loungers, patio furniture and a great view of the city. We offer free Internet, cable TV and indoor parking located 300 meters from the apartment.

Great holiday apartment

Apartment is centrally located within walking distance of most historical sites and museums. Shopping is only a five minute walk with smaller bakeries, fruit shops etc just round the corner. The flat is small and compact but has all you need for a couple's one - two week holiday. The roof terrace is wonderful and we sat outside till after 9pm most nights.

Occupying an area of approximately one square kilometre, the historic city centre of Malaga is simply charming and multifaceted. In between the stone pedestrian streets are about one thousand buildings, mostly built during the 19th century and restored over the last few years, always preserving their original style. It is bounded by the Muelle Uno (tourist harbour) in the south, the famous Plaza de la Merced (Picasso’s old neighbourhood) in the north, the Guadalmedina River in the west, and the Alcazaba Fortress and Gibralfaro in the east. It is undoubtedly the economic and tourist centre of Malaga Capital, comprising shops of some of the biggest brands in the world, the famous marble Calle Larios, a wide variety of restaurants and bars, important museums like the Thyssen Museum or the Picasso Museum, squares, theatres, churches, the Cathedral, local fresh markets and many more tourist sites.

The access from and to the city centre is easy and smooth. You can take the bus, train, taxi or enjoy a great walk. We recommend the Malagueta beach and its beach bars (chiringuitos), located just 10 to 15 minutes on foot from our apartments.

The historic city centre and its narrow streets offer guests the opportunity to experience the vibrant life of locals from the inside, from the comfort and peace of your apartment. What is more, you can enjoy a great Spanish 'tapa' with a glass of wine or beer in nearly every corner of the centre, so we guarantee that you will never get bored.
