Situated directly above one of the resort`s most celebrated restaurants, Tolos Attic is beautifully designed in an open plan style, with sea views to die for from your own private balcony/roof terrace overlooking the Bay of Pollensa.

What`s more, the town centre and local shops are all within walking distance. The beach is directly opposite.

The first thing you notice when you enter Tolos Attic, is how light, bright and airy the space is. Painted brilliant white with colourful art on the walls, the townhouse features all the latest luxury fixtures and fittings you would expect from such a prestigious location.

The living space is absolutely stunning. No expense has been spared in creating a chic, comfortable ambience perfect for both summer and winter rental. The polished wood floor and ceilings only add to your overall enjoyment.

A cosy, large L-shaped sofa dominates the downstairs area which faces out to sea. Impressive floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead out to your own private roof terrace.

Access to the townhouse`s main bathroom, double bedroom and cloakroom is via the main living space. The master bedroom suite, however, lies above the living area. And what a place! With a large, custom-made bed and huge windows that allow natural light to flood in, this has to be one of the most amazing rooms in which to wake up in the whole of Puerto Pollensa.
