This large 3 bedroom apartment is directly located 200m from St Julian’s seafront and adjacent to the Portomaso Marina & Hilton complex. The apartment is on a quiet residential street but Paceville, the nightlife area, is just a 5 minute walk away.

Apartment specifications:

Internal area is about 120 sq m. 3rd floor with lift, 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds, bath room, shower room, sleeps 2-13 persons.

Close to the best beaches and touristic attractions & Maltese countryside. This makes it ideal for winter holidays, where you can enjoy long walks in the countryside to discover old footpaths, roman roads, romantic traditional farmhouses, chapels and towers, curt ruts and secluded beaches.

Close to shops, village centre and all amenities.

Close to bars, and restaurants. Some are also walking distance to casinos and nightclubs.

Close to and easily reachable to and from the ferries and the airport. Also all apartments are close to ferries and one day cruise departure points to discover Gozo and Comino (Blue Lagoon).

We are fully dedicated to our properties and guests. We are always a phone call away and try to be as helpful as possible. We offer and can give information before clients come to Malta (or on arrival), both about our properties and about Malta in general. We offer to book airport transfers by taxi or minibus at the best prices by trustworthy drivers.

Our stay was lovely

Our stay in Sea Spray apartment was lovely indeed. It was our second time in Malta and the second time that we have rented apartments with Neville.

There were 6 of us who needed some time for relax & party. There are really good bus connections from St. Julians which made it easier for us to visit many new places in Malta, Comino and Gozo. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, yet very cosy. Conditions were great just as we expected. We really apreciated that we received an extra portable airconditioner to the non-airconditioned bedroom (the rest of bedrooms had airconditioning). We will definitely come back :)

My friends and I stayed at the apartment for 5 nights and it was amazing, we were 9 people and there was plenty of room for all of us, and it was in a great location since everything was pretty close and it was very well communicated with buses that took us everywhere in Malta. Also Neville was very nice and helped us with everything. The only bad things were that not a lot of water came out of the shower and we struggled with it and also that we had to pay for the water and electricity before we left. The rest was good. :)

Indeed apartment is spacious with an excellent location ..close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops, etc....Yes, water and electricity is not included in the price and the bill would be about euro 1 - 2 per person per night. This is communicated to all the guests in our very first correspondence, reminded again before booking and also on arrival. The reason why we charge for utilities is that malta is a small island without water resources. Also this helps us so that guests switch off lights and aircondition units and close the water when not in the apartment. Thank you for being our guests and hope we see you soon again !

NYC2015

We had this apartment booked between the last days of 2015 & the first days of 2016. I can say that it is located in a perfect area in St. Julian's because it's close enough to everywhere by foot but in the same distant enough to be quiet enough by night. It is actually quite a cosy flat & well furnished as well. Something else I would remark is that we had very good contact with the owner in the weeks prior to our stay to settle everything down smoothly. On the other hand, there are 2 things (negative) let's say that I would remark. The first one is that the Wi-Fi system is located in the far end Bedroom, & only people in the room could have easy access & enough signal to use it, all other rooms don't have Wi-Fi signal. The second is just a tip. It would be ideal that the fee for electricity & water services is included immediately in the global amount the visitor pays for the stay, & not pay separately at the end as we did..

Owner's Response: Thanks for your feedback Malcolm, we appreciate it. This is definitely a greatly located apartment...close to all shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. It is fully equipped with everything you need in order to make your stay hassle free plus we are always keen to accommodate your needs immediately so that you have a smooth holiday. The WiFi problem has now been resolved so thank you for letting us know about it. With regards to the water and electricity bill - The only reason we do not include this bill in the full price is to stop our guests from wasting energy and water. Leaving air conditioning switched on and taps running water incurs a very high bill. This way we minimize problems. As you saw from your own usage it was a minimal amount ( 1 to 2 euros per person per day). It was our pleasure to have you stay as our guests and welcome you back to Malta at any time! El apartamento estaba genial, nos lo entregaron limpio. Esta situado perfectamente, en una zona tranquila junto a varias playas, pero muy cerca de la zona de fiesta (paceville) lo cual es perfecto ya que estas aislado de alli pero a 5 minutos andando.

Amazing.

Overall a great place to stay. Ideal location it is only a five minute walk from Spinola bay a beautiful harbour filled with many amazing restaurants, historical buildings. The other side, it is around an eight minute walk to Paceville where a strip of brilliant nightclubs are with a great atmosphere. It is a ten minute walk to a beach where the water is crystal clear. The apartment is spacious, clean, well designed and in an ideal location. There are four of us staying in apartment two and it is huge with an oven, washing machine, two bathrooms, many beds, kettle, toaster, blankets etc. It is ideal for families because it is not loud around the place and it is ideal for Erasmus students too because it is in such a good location. It is possible to go swimming in the harbour near the apartment and the bus stop is two minutes from the apartment where you can travel to anywhere in Malta for only 1.50. Our neighbours are friendly and the apartment itself is perfect.

Very large apartment is suitable for groups of families or friends (up to 12 guests) and it is located in the hearth of St Julian's (Spinola Bay) where everything is on your doorstep.
